Review 1：Room wasn't clean. there were many traces close to the sink, hairs on the shower wall, stained towels. not acceptable for such a hotel.

Review 3：Window in the room was 40cm away from the next building and there was a strong smell from the restaurant, especialy when you open the window.

Review 6：Pretty much everything - clearly a lot of thought (and money!) have been put into this hotel, and as a regular traveller its really nice to see a different room layout. Fixtures and fittings are very high quality, beds are comfy, showers are superb ....... and then you find the restaurant, a real credit to its architects and as impressive as Ive seen in any 5* hotel - the food wasnt bad either! Public car park is just across the road

Review 9：The hallways were a bit dirty and the only parking is in a paid public garage. I came with a brand new expensive car and was concerned for the car (this isn't a reflection on the hotel, but its all they had so take into consideration).

Review 13：The fact that we were not given a double size bed, but rather two small beds side by side, which made it uncomfortable for us as a couple. The rooms didn't fulfill expectations portrayed on the pictures.

Review 15：We stayed during a hot weekend in August and the air conditioning didn't work in our room, when we spoke to reception we were told there was a problem on our floor and it was unlikely to be fixed - we pointed out that our friends were in a room next to us on the same floor and their air con worked fine! We were then told the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. The next day we were moved to another room with air con which partly made up for the issue but not the rude staff, they seem more interested in running the bar/restaurant and not the hotel desk.

Review 16：Good location. Rooms are nice, clean and modern - although beware of open plan bathroom and toilet!

Review 20：Very new and very trendy. Super friendly and helpful staff who managed to find a safe place for our long tandem bike during our 3-day stay. Terrific location in center of town. Turned down room on the quaint square with a nice view for a room in back facing a wall. It had indirect sunlight but was SO quiet at night and SO dark in the morning that we had the best sleep after 6 weeks in Europe! The comfy bed helped too. Wifi reliable and fast.

Review 21：I first got room 203 and whilst it was a pleasant room it lacked of wardrobe to hang cloths. Not even an open hanger was available. Moving to an alternative room the wardrobe was perfect. Last small negative detail....the TV sets are all programmed on a small selection of french and german channels only! It would not cost anything to the hotel management to get more channels programmed...English, Italian, etc...

Review 22：Centrally located with covered paying parkings in the neighbourhood. (Watch that the Saint Denis parking does not accept credit cards. Opera parking does). Hotel is nicely decorated with modern taste. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is a must with excellent food. Breakfast is abundant and a wide variety (salt & sweet). Rooms are of good size and pleasantly furnished.

Review 23：All the rooms including the double rooms had a shower seperated from the rest of the room with just a transparent glass which made a very uncomfortable and awkward situation; plus some of the rooms did not even have a door for the shower, just the transparent glass which meant that the water went into the room. The towels were not changed during our 6 days 5 nights stay. The hotel is understaffed, the receptionnist had to handle the reception and work in the restaurant and the breakfast area

Review 25：The staff were fantastic - a small group of us were staying for the Liege Bastogne Liege cycling event and Valérie and the team were very accommodating, providing bike storage and serving breakfast early one day. Highly recommended - we will visit again.

Review 34：The location is very convenient. There is a public parking across the street. The building has been fully renovated. The hotel has a new restaurant and also next to the building there are other alternatives for eating that are very good.

Service quality. Breakfast-brunch... excellent and in profusion. High-quality marmelades and honey from Alain Milliat ! There even was a Champaign bottle for the brunch. Only 14€/ person. Extraordinary overall quality-price rate.
