Review 1：They dont speak english. Wellness booking is not properly explained: it has extra costs. And they do not state it in english. Also the booking time is not listed, so the customer does not know when wellness is free.

Review 3：As we were looking for a holiday in the mountains we researched bookings.com and from your website Green Village Rusevec seemed to have what we were looking for; the log cabins, the activities, the respect for nature etc Even though the distance from Venice was considerable, we decided the drive would be worth it.After our four hours to Pohorje, you can imagine our disappointment when on reaching our destination there was no one to receive us. The place did look lovely, but all locked up and deserted. We called the number available and from our call it was clear not only were they unprepared for our arrival but we weren’t even expected. We had booked four rooms for 6 adults and 6 children and the person who answered the phone asked if we were honeymooners! We were told that the person who was meant to have received us had to take her child to hospital. Patience, these things happen. However it was only after a 2 hour wait that Tatjana arrived.Unfortunately, she could not string two words of English together. She proceeded to open the doors of what looked like the administration building where to our surprise, she showed us large bedroom areas which evidently had not been expecting guests. We were under the impression that we had booked the log cabins that bookings.com advertises. It was for these log cabins that we chose Green Village notwithstanding its remote location. But as you can image we could not explain this to our host due to the language barrier. If we wanted to stay in the rooms such as the ones shown, we could very well have opted to be in a more central location without the discomfort of the long drive up the windy mountain roads.When management was contacted by phone we were told in no uncertain terms that since we had booked through bookings.com we could not make any changes unless such changes were made online – this at 6 pm after a long journey and a two hour wait.

Review 4：The nearest food store is is 15-20 min driving. This is the first time we found in the kitchen no salt, spices or other stuff. Usually unused amounts from other guests are left and may be helpful for others (we had everything with us, so no complain).

Review 5：Clean and warm house, equipped kitchen, located right on a hiking trail at 1100 m elevation. Very friendly staff. Sauna in the building.

Review 6：Cobwebs behind curtains and hanging from the ceiling. Dust on top of kitchen cabinets and the mirror in the bathroom (after three days my eyes were so swollen and my friend was sneezing like crazy). Poor shower head and lukewarm water for showering.

Review 7：Surprisingly spacious studio apartment, excellent wi-fi connection, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, decent-size fridge, perfect location for skiing (two resorts within 10 min by car), very friendly staff.

Review 8：We were missing freezer (or a freezing compartement) a bit (there isjust a plain fridge in the appartment). A bigger room for bike storagecould be also a suggestion.

Review 9：Everything is quite new and clean. The location is very quiet and nicelyset in nature. Staff was very kind and helpful. The owners are dedicatedto ecology and renewable materials, which is nice and thoughtful.

Review 20：Poor facilities:- the kitchen was empty and missed some basic things (I know that it's apartment, but I did not expect abscence of sault and sugar also microwave oven would be great); - very unfriendly shower (it took long time to get hot water, it can disappear in the moment and shower itself was loud and painful... Perhaps, somebody likes hydromassage, but not me); - very slow and unstable internet; - air conditioner is lacking (though it was not so important because of great fresh air in the night outside). We visited that place in a wrong time in the middle of summer heat (there was absolutely no place to swim) and during building of extension (loud construction works started as early as 7a.m., so I do not advice to come there, until they will be finished in Semtember). Busy bee hives only 10 meters away from main entrance were a bit scaring (especially after they were opened and ripped by beeholders on Sunday)...

Review 21：Very friendly staff: we arranged our arrival on 3p.M., thougharrived only at 9p.M. and girl at the reception patiently wait usall that time..Location: beautiful view over Maribor and near villages really takes a breath away. A sky full of bright stars at night and silent wood around impressed us... I think, that place is miraculous in winter because a proximity of mountainskiing facilities... A bit far from shops and driving up and down the hill takes time and stresses a bit (a distance to Maribor by road exceeds 20km)... Nature-friendly accomodation: our first impression was silence and fresh air with unforgettable smell of pine smolder in the evening...

Review 22：The pool and sauna is not included in the price and it is a little hard to make last minute reservations.

Review 23：The surrounding is perfect. Very clean and very nice hosts. We were very satisfied with the appartment and the ski slopes are just 2 km away!
