Review 1：The cleanliness is the only thing that I did not like. They should renovate and be more attention to details.

Review 2：The private beach is great along with the backyard of the villa.

Review 3：Cleanliness is missing. Had to change my room as Hotel overbooked the place and my reservation was given to somebody else. Rear door locks were not working, internet routers were missing,.. Hotel management should facelift or renovate this entire place which is grand property in beachfront. Many places for play and enjoy but maintenance of these places in resort is an issue.

Review 5：Almost every thing is of low standard compared to the price. It is clear that profit at any price is the main target. We did not have pillows on the bed and had to wait over an hour and made six requests to get them. The room was not very clean, furniture is broken. In short, I will not go back and do not recommend it to anyone.

Review 11：the chalet itself needs innovations. Arac resort is one of the most famous resorts in Yanbu and it should be more classy than it is now.

Review 12：The smiley receptionists specially Mr.Habeeb and the private beach. The A/C was perfect and the breakfast also good. The front desk was very helpful.

Review 13：Cooling was a mess at the chalet with the private beach. At night after a tiring day, we couldn't get a good nights sleep. Water leaking from the AC's split unit was dropping all over our faces. A power cut in the mid afternoon at 1pm left us all sweaty and our young baby couldn't bear the sweltering heat. No power back up generators were working. The "egyptian" management at the reception were shockingly rude during the crisis.

Review 17：We were in villa 2 and was so unclean! The sands in the swimming area on the beach needed care- though workers cleaned it up thoughtfully!-. It was full of small pebbles and few shreds of glass.

Review 19：Well its a good place to be in there if you are a Yanbu Resident,,nothing special about it. I traveled all the way from Jeddah so wasn't worth it. It was built long back so loosing the standard. Bathrooms are too bad, I had a bad broken bathtub and all the mud was coming inside from below the bathtub. Air-conditioner was not working had to wait for 2-hours to fix it. Private Beach, is not at all suitable to be called a Beach..in-fact the General Beach is very good.

Review 21：They have cancelled one night immorally. Once I have phoned booking team in the UK, they said we are sorry, you have 2 nights. The furnitures are extremely dirty and old, they didn't change it since launched.

Review 23：- did not like there there were no toiletries or kitchenettes at all - no complimentary anything, no towels, no tea or sugar, or even bottle of water. room was completely empty - bathroom had a serious plumbing issue that made walking pass the bathroom unbearable - overall room cleanliness was bad, and there spiderwebs and flies everywhere. - bed sheets have not been washed with softening detergent, making them very rough - lastly, the private beach, did not have an actual beach with sands into the water, rather rocks and rubble, making the access to the water a challenge rather than a relaxing amusement. in addition, there were cigarette buts and plastic bags scattered around, making the place visually unromantic.

Restaurant was extremely pooras well with the waiter giving us the wrong order.Reception staff also extremely poor, when we checked in, we were told we can check out late, only to be bombarded by calls on check-out day relentlessly, it showed extremely poor manners. For SAR 1,500 per night that was poorest value-for-money deal ever. Avoid it like a plague!

Review 120：We are of non-islamic tradition and not use to being at a beach where women are not allowed to enter the water with a bathing suit. The women had to wear the full abyia and even in the resort we got many stares and angry reception from the guests. This is a great place for families with children and of the islamic faith. We can not enjoy this type of restrictions while a resort. BUT we were on a business so it was not an issue for us.

Review 128：Basically there is no beach. What hotel calls a beach is an area of sea next to hotel which is full of stones, weeds and a little bit of sand (under water only). There is no sandy surface area since the "beach starts right after the cemented boundary wall. It was a miserable experience to go inside this so called bech. The AC in the room was leaking with drops of water all over the dressing table. Tolets were a disaster. I dont reccomend anyone to go there.

Review 131：I stayed at the arac resort with no real expectations as my past tripsto other locations had been quite unsatisfactory. To my surprise, aracquite helped eradicating the poor experiences in the past and served thepurpose to a great extent.
