Review 1：The bridal arrangement was a bit shabby. Thirty euros for a few plastic rose petals, a bottle of wine, an apple and a pear seems a bit much. Because the suite is so spacious it's almost impossible to warm when it's cold out.

Review 2：The suite has an incredibly luxurious feel to it. The restaurant has great food for a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and responds quickly to your needs.

Review 8：Extremely comfortable and spacious rooms. Would happily recommend a Van der Valk hotel to friends or colleagues on business. Polite and helpful staff. Love the shower wet room in particular. Wifi works very well in the rooms. Van der Valk Uden is far away from Eindhoven centre but the location was perfect for my work related needs. Restaurants are less than 15 minutes walk away if you didn't want to eat at the hotel restaurant.

Review 11：The only option for food is the restaurant or the room service (which is mainly the same as the restaurant). It would be better if they also offered sandwiches and hot snacks in the cafe / bar. The hotel is on the edge of town and it's not easy to walk somewhere to get food. If you are there for more than 2 nights, your choice is limited.

Review 12：The rooms are a good size and very clean. The bed is extremely comfy and I had a good night's sleep. The staff are very polite and friendly. The restaurant is very nice and the food is good quality, although the menu is a bit limited.

Review 33：The unprofessionalism of the staff when attempting to correct a fault with the room. We were promised some form of compensation but since returning to the uk they are refusing to offer anything other than a discount rate for our next trip. This original trip was to attend a family funeral so I'm sure you can appreciate this was not a joyous occasion but one that has been exacerbated by the lack of empathy by the hotel. Would advise customer to tred careful if visiting this hotel as they don't always have a duty manager available and then tell you they will sort it and then retract their offer. I've given the hotel several chances to correct their error and they just ask me to take the money from my uncle who they are yet to charge. Disgraceful and very unprofessional. Thank you.
