Our Alpine chalet style hotel with light and roomy accommodation is nestled amongst evergreen forests and has facilities for leisure, fitness and business travellers.
The comfortable rooms with private balconies give you a great view of the surrounding countryside which you can explore on a rented bike, hiking or, at the right time of year, as part of our ski school.
The spa centre provides diverse massages, body and facial treatments as well as a Turkish bath and Finnish sauna and has an indoor pool. The hotel has a large restaurant and a spacious meeting room with high ceilings, complete with a projector and TV screen.
We can be easily reached by car, taxi or cable car and there is free parking just in front of the hotel.

Review 1：Be carefull regrading the Final clean fee which is more than 20 Euro even if you stay only for 1 night and which is not incuded in the price. The bathroom was musty.

Review 2：The place was desolate. It's took time to find the Reception place. The kitchen wasn't equipped and Even a dish soap and Washcloth was Deficiency.

Review 14：it started with the address on the site as wrong GPS information (when clicking it directly from booking.com) so it made us do a 1.5 hour detour on a very steep and dangerous road. we arrived late, heat didn't work, and no hot water. The issues was that there was not one to talk to and get it fixed, it turned on suddenly at 7am after we had to sleep with our coats and hats. we are a family of 5 with a baby, and there were no baby cradle in the room and not enough beds, it continue with the fact that there was no sheets for the bed in the living room. NO heat No hot water, NO sheets and really poor facilities. So we have decided to cancel the rest of our stay and go back earlier, needless to say that we didn't get a cent back and had to pay the full amount for the planned stay.

Review 16：There were no electricity (no heating, no hot water) when we arrived. We understood that the reason is the extreme bad weather (black ice). We got a small portion of wood and put fire in the fireplace, so we survived the first night. As there were no electricity around noon on the second day, too, we decided to leave. The manager on duty promised us the reimbursement of our prepaid accommodation and some compensation for the inconvenience. Finally, after three weeks they transfered back only 95% of our money and they haven't pay any compensation. We will never ever go to Bolfenk Apartments.

Review 19：The hotel is probably good for skiing but during summer this is not just a place to recommend (too many sports groups). Also it needs some refurbishing. When going to restaurant for dinner I was told that they cannot offer a meal except for groups!

Please note that SPA is open from 15.12. 2015. until 15.3.2016.A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
