Review 1：The heaters were labeled so the user would set them at "efficient operating" levels. However, the level marked was slightly above "off", which meant that in order for the heaters to work properly they must be producing the least amount of heat possible. Sadly, our toddler woke up cold because of this. Replace heaters or advertise that the unit has "ancient" heaters and you will be cold.

Review 3：Very minor things...microwave is extremely loud, thermostat did not seem to control the room temperature, heater in bathroom did not seem to work. Overall, we really loved staying here!

Review 4：Location and view were outstanding! Very clean and comfortable condo! Kitchen was equipped well with basic dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Staff was very friendly! Covered and heated garage was an added bonus!

Review 5：The room was not all that clean - operated by a leasing agency who weren't all that responsive to our concerns about pet dander and Allergies. There is no maid service, the towels ans sheets are old and need replacing. No cooking oils or spices in the condo (3306). I think all of the condos may be operated by various agencies so it probably depends on the owner and agency too.

Review 7：I did not realize when I booked through booking.com that we would have to check in somewhere else to get keys etc. Bed very uncomfortable and also would have to call if needed anything. The people at the desk were not helpful either.

Review 9：Room smelled, had to get air fresheners and candle to smell better. Oven did not work, windows were really gross and dirty had to clean, heat went out, unit was old, needed cleaning, needed newer utensils and kitchen items, cups, and comforter old. Unit we got the year prior was much better. We should have had discounted rate for the level of unit we got.

Review 10：location was great management company was helpful and tried to assist, offered to move us the second day to another building but we were there for a ski race that was already in progress and we had no time to move.

Review 11：Kitchen was very small. Refrigerator was too small to keep beverages.

Review 12：We were very pleased with how close the room was to the ski lift. It made it really easy to head to the room for lunch or just take a rest.

Review 13：Our particular unit was EXTREMELY dated. The refrigerator thermostat was broken and froze all of our food. The dishwasher didn't work. So I spent my vacation hand-washing dishes. I did contact the property management company twice about the problems. They sent someone out the first time, and their "attempt" at fixing things failed. So I called back, and they assured me someone would be out that morning to fix the problems... And no one ever came... Very disappointed in the unit, but the property otherwise was very nice.

Review 23：The reservation was with ski village rentals, not the actual hotel. This was not stated clearly therefore we had to do everything from check-in, housekeeping, check-out, everything was with the rental company that was located several blocks away. You have to call them for everything...you cannot use on-site staff or on-site housekeeping. Parking is another company - not part of the hotel - so another charge to them.Paper thin walls...could hear neighbor very clearly. So it was loud.

Other than oops we are sorry nothing to reimburse me for the time and stress dealing with this matter . Valet parking- rather be able to her my car when I want without having to wait. The staff at the valet were great and and quick as they could be.

Review 36：When we walked in, our room was 78 degrees and we could not get the temperature lowered even though we turned off the thermostadt and opened a window. We have come home sick because of it...
