Review 1：TV was older and had a bad connection, all fuzzy. Owner, at first was very nice and pleasant, until we parked somewhere that he did not like. There is a sign saying not to block the driveway, which we did not block. We parked well out of the way, any car could get by easily. We parked here because our dog was in the car and we had several items to carry to the room and this was the closest to our room. The next morning the owner was very rude to my husband and upset that we parked there. He could have been more professional and simply asked us to move our vehicle in a polite and kind manner but he did not. I did no appreciate that way that he spoke to either of us. Otherwise our stay was just fine, good value for the money.
Review 2：Room was clean, nicely furnished/decorated. Good value for the budget conscious traveler.
Review 3：No AC in the room. The bed was as hard as a rock and the pillows were flat.

Review 5：No hot water to the sink, had to get hot water from the tube to shaveand wash. Heat had not been turned on yet, could have used it for partof the night.

Review 9：Shower was designed for someone shorter than 5'6"( I am 6"). Bed was not ideal.

Review 11：Everything was outdated. The TV was from the 90s, the beds were hard as rocks (and rested on a frames build out of 1x2's and 2x4's), and hot water was never a guarantee. The owner found a broken item in our room within 2 minutes of us checking out. Unfortunately we didn't touch that item at all during our stay so I would assume he was able to find the supposed "damage" so quickly because he runs a scam where he charges a damage fee for every group. If I knew it would have been this bad, I would have paid the extra $50 a night to stay somewhere nicer.

Review 13：We had to depart early due to an emergency, Left one day early. No Refund or credit was given.Also would recommend to stay on the top floor. Very loud when people are moving around above you till 2 am.Also the room was way overcrowded with furniture that didn't need to be there. literally 2 people could not walk between the beds and unmatching furniture.

Review 17：I could hear the guy snoring in the room next to me as if he was in bed with me. Also, it smelled a little and got my allergies going (maybe mold?). Overall, its a great cheap hotel close to the mountain (although I'm sure prices will go up during peak season).

Review 21：The room is cramp, worn out and smelly. Dirty, old carpet. Very poor breakfast. The maid may badly need a TIP so they put a remote control, WiFi password sign all together on a TIP envelop to make sure that you TIP them.
