Review 3：Front desk can't communicate in English. 25 min walk from masjid al Haram. They have shuttle service (golf carts that can only accommodate 15 people) Lacks some basic services.

Review 11：Transport No transport to the haram as promised in the contract. an eye wash transport was provided every now and then which dropped us very far. It was better to walk that was less distance than the transport dropping place. it was said that buses have been stopped from going to the usual dropping place but we saw the minibuses of other hotels dropping their guests and picking them whereas NW minibuses were just parked outside the hotel I dont know for what The hotels main attraction is the transport otherwise if you hire a cab everytime the economical edge of the hotel is lost. Review 13：To be honest, every think was bad in the hotel i.e. location, staff, cleanliness, food, transport ..,etc. In brief, I suggest (booking.com) should be more precise and carefull when describing any hotel as the pictures illustrated in the website are totally not representing the real and we really got shocked of this bad hotel.

Review 21：The guest are not following any order on the cart ride. We were waiting for half hour and some guests came after us and jumped into the cart before those people who came before them. In several occasions, we ended up walking to the hotel after waiting for half hour.

Review 22：The electric golf carts for pickup and drop near by Anjum Hotel. The cart drivers are working very hard for the comfort of the guests.

The most important thing is the location , it's very near to Haram and you can see the Tower from the room, the breakfast meal is cheap 25 SAR/ Person.the room service team is very helpful and cooperation.

Review 27：Shuttle small battery operated vehicle should stop for guests. It goes only about 150 meters and then we need to walk climbing high hills and down hills. This makes my wife, my daughter and myself sick. If we would know that it will not reach near to Haram door, then we could hire a taxi. We really suffered lot for this torture. I understand the Haram expansion is going on and due to this reason, your shuttle transport cannot carry. But your vehicle should not put us in trouble by taking us only fee\w meters and we were compelled to walk with odd roads, and there were no transport, because of small and rough road. So, please stop your vehicle and tell the guests to go by themselves with their own arrangement. I come and stay in this hotel with my family once or twice a year. Most of the people knows us very well.

Review 29：Restaurants were not enough except for Indians an Pakistanis but not good for Arabs. It was very tiring going to the holy mosque after the hotel transportation drops you at a particular point from where you have to walk for a long distance.

Review 39：Reception staff members are liers/cheaters. when I was checking in they said that my booking is cancelled even I argued that I haven't received any cancellation email but they don't even listen to me. However they let me in on far higher prices, I said OK because I was with young children and it was late in the night. But I didn't paid the amount as i was suspicious about it. Next day morning when i discussed with them they behaved very rudely thanks to their manager who invited me in his cabin and looked into the matter. finally it was discovered that my booking was not cancelled and the amount was already deducted from my card. It was really a bad experience for me of staying in this hotel, i never recommend this hotel to anybody travelling with family. if i wasn't bit cautious I would have paid double rent and far higher price.

Review 40：1. Far from Haram 2. Bus facility from hotel to Haram must be improved and should drop the people to the most nearest location from Haram. They must understand that old, very ill, and some times even medical patience come to Makkah and stay in their hotels. So, they must consider this point. 3. Staff must be trained on customer service. 4. Better facilities must be provided like enough amount of drinking water supply, internal laundry service, free parking inside the hotel etc.

Review 42：The location was far from Haram. The shuttle bus was supposed to be at an interval of 30 minutes; could turn out to be an hour or didnt show up at all. The staffs had a very lackasaidal attitude when we complained about the bus. And the most dissapointing aspect was when we wanted to extend the visit, they had promised that the amount would be the same as the booking price and when we wanted to pay up, the price had increased by 20SR! They could barely speak english! They didnt have an iron for me to lend. We were made to call house-keeping 4 times before telling us that they dont have any iron. Tips: Taxi charge from the hotel to Miqat Tanaim should be 20-30SR per taxi. Please dont be duped into paying 50-70SR.

Be careful the taxis are just charging crazy money even for a small distance of 1or 2 miles. At one time we had to pay 50 SAR to get back to the hotel which is just under one mile.

Review 49：The quadruple room was really spacious so move around easily. Small kids could run and play easily. It was almost like a studio flat. The bus service was good but after getting down from the bus near to Haram could be little difficult to walk with small children as the roads are really busy and small space to walk but could be understood as there is a lot of work going on in the area.

Bus service was mentioned while booking but it has been driven only approximate couple of hundred meters from hotel. We tried once and found we had to walk alongwith main road and other hotel way to get into Al Haram. I used everyday local texi to get into Al Haram & it cost me every time SAR 15~20 each way. Next time I will prefer to go to more closer hotel as it almost cost me same or may be even more while paying for Texis at least 3 ~4 x 2 time (SAR 90~120) daily. Receptionist need to learn English to communicate or get someone who can speak international language please to avoid unnecessary waist of time and misunderstanding.

Used to cost me SAR20 on average for a round trip to Haram using taxis since the bus provided by the hotel follow strict timing and were unable to pick anyone returning from Haram.
