Review 1：We asked the reception for airport transfer the last evening we stayed there. They confirmed but next morning nothing had been arranged. We had to go with Taxi and rush through the airport to catch the plane.. Not so nice end of the stay

Review 3：We are a couple with two kids. We stayed three days in a wonderful 2 bedroom very spacious, comfortable, homely, nicely decorated apartment. From the balcony you can enjoy the mountain views and even hear the tigers from nearby Tiger Kingdom roaring in the early mornings, which adds to the atmosphere. The resort is a bit far from the center, but it makes it quieter and relaxing and there is a free shuttle to the city. Lush gardens and a cozy infinity pool make a perfect match. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Truly recommendable.

If you want to stay close to nature and experience calmness and be stress-free, this is the place to be... + My mountain view room wasn't available when I checked-in so they upgraded me to the Family Suite! I had the whole suite by myself, amazing! The reception staffs were all superstars and a special mention to Namfra, she's a darling :-)

Review 9：The location was a bit far from downtown, taxi where expensive. Hotel ordered taxi is 700baht. The room was quite cold at night.

Review 11：Beautiful Hideway nestled in the hills of Mae rim. Private, well appointed Villas, next to relaxing sounds of a waterfall, in a tropical, forest setting. Excellent value, friendly staff. A Gem !!

Review 12：Most employees not speaking english it is often complicated to comunicate. The nights were so cold (dec 2014) I got a cold!... and no heat in the room, so left a day earlier than planned. Beautifull pool but cold. Yoga advertise but none, as well as meditation center advertise but not open yet

Review 15：Jirung has beautiful grounds to walk around on, we meditation pyramids, a pool, and a herb garden. The coffee shop is a lovely place to get a drink and sit by the pond where there are farm animals. We stayed in a mountain villa which had an oversized bathroom, outdoor shower and elevated porch. It was very relaxing. The only downside is that its about 25-30 minutes from the main city. The hotel will provide transport for 600 baht, otherwise you can get back from town in a tuk tuk or cab for around 350 baht. Its out in the countryside right next to the tigerkingdom, which is helpful in getting back because all drivers know where the tiger kingdom (which is amazing) is located. You can hear the tigers growl at night. Only some of the staff can understand english well. We didnt eat at Jirung so I dont know how the food was. The coffee was great though. Overall enjoyable experience!
