Review 1：The food was not the best at all!! Me and partner ate out most nights. The tv in the room didn't work.

Review 2：I really liked the pool and the room was a fair size. The staff were very friendly and were always happy to help.

Review 3：i did not like the staff at the hotel reception were very rude and treatining i would never stay in that hotel again or for that matter i would never go to turkey again i found it a very treatning expierience and altogether hated it

Review 4：The food, staff and hotel itself! There was no aircon in the loby or dining area, the corridors and rooms were not clean. Our room bin was not disposed the entire time, the plates at all 3 courses were dirty, they wanted to charge us for 2 bottles of water from the mini bar which we didn't drink (although its meant to be all inclusive). My friend and I were unwell the 2nd day there. We had the runs and vomited. My friend was on the drip one night. Should be checked for health and safety ASAP and removed from 5 star rating. Regret not reading reviews thoroughly and going to this horrible hotel. I am turkish and did not receive any sort of special treatment, they only want money with no service in return. Do not stay here.

Review 11：It`s cold in the room, because the temperature in the lobby and corridors is only slightly higher than outdoors (0-5 degrees C.). No heating system, the conditioner isnt good enough to maintain the sustainable temperature in the room. Hot water shortages (up to 24 hours). Wi-fi interruptions (up to 14 hours).
