Review 1：Everyone was eager to help whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Great staff! Cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and invited our daughter who lives in Breckenridge.

Review 32：The 2 bedroom condo had excellent kitchen facilities, and a fine outdoorpatio. The bed and the pillows were comfortable, and even the coffee inthe lobby was good. The Lodge exceeded my expectations, and it'spossible to walk to Main Street easily if one doesn't want to take thefree shuttle. My wife liked the locked underground parking that is onlyaccessible by guests.

Review 33：Late check in, early check out. Check in 4pm, check out 10am (as listed by this site) I paid $250 bucks for one night. Shouldn't I be allowed to enjoy some time in my room? How much time does the staff need to clean the rooms? One other issue: me and my sister were in the hot tub (near the main lobby) and we got a complaint for being too loud. The tub jets were a little louder than normal, so I guess we raised the volume. My only problem with this was two things... 1. It was 7:30pm, is that too late for two adults to be talking in the hot tub? 2. The room that complained was directly (and I mean DIRECTLY) above the hot tub, everyone of their windows were open, and the patio door to their room was too. What did they expect? I guess my issue is with the layout of the hot tub in proxy to the rooms. The employee who told me about the "noise" was very nice and professional about the whole situation though. As I mentioned above, this hotel has excellent staff.

Review 34：I thought the front desk was excellent, staff was very friendly. Location was great. Rooms were super cozy!! If you are on Main St. for dinner, try the Kenosha Steakhouse. the food and staff are SUPERB!

Review 35：We would thoroughly recommend staying at Mountain Thunder Lodge. It haseasy access to ski slopes, shops, restaurants etc and a lovely pool andjacuzzi. The shuttle service will take you anywhere you want to go atvery short notice. The Lodge is very comfortable and clean and theservice and friendliness of the staff is excellent.

Review 36：Both times we've stayed here the heat is on and there is no way tocontrol it in the room. We have to open the windows. At times at nightwe'd be woken by people outside etc.
