Review 1：They charge you for some of the most basic and common USA hotel hospitality items & amenities. Charge for the pool, fitness room, extra towels, crib, high chairs. I'm surprised they don't charge you to go through the revolving door.

Review 3：Huge apartment, well equipped. With normal footwear, the slopes would have been within easy walking distance. But with alpine ski boots, we chose to drive.

Review 4：Sofa in the living room was dirty and smelly. The tabletop in the kitchen was metal like in the slaughterhouse. The terrace was small. Double bed was with two single beds combined to one (when we were ordering we mentioned that we want only double bed). QUALITY DOES NOT MATCH THE PRICE.

Review 5：Good sound isolation. Sauna was very cozy and bathroom was very clean and good designed. Good Internet. Perfect location.

Review 6：I think you should get a discount on the pool tickets when you stay at Holiday Club. The mini golf needs an upgrade. It looked like nothing had been renewed on the golf or in the pool area since our stay here 5 years ago.

Review 8：Reception was not good, arrived at 8pm and reception was closed! Had to go to the shop! Inexperienced staff didn't know what they were doing. breakfast was a bun fight! We only went once it was so bad. Service generally in all parts was very poor.

Review 10：We tried the breakfast one morning but I can really not recommend it . It was very unclean and with poor selection for the price charges and put me off eating it all. Staff really need some training as they provided poor information and at times even were rude. Wonderful hotel that def needs some improvements . Car recommended . Would be great with a trolley for all the bags , ski equipment etc that you need to take from the hotel to the apartments

Review 11：We stayed for 5 days in one of the excellent apartments . Well equipped and very comfortable for a family of 4 people. The apartement was very clean . Great activities at the main hotel for the children WHEN they were open. It was peak season but still both the kids club , hotel bar etc had not clear opening times and some times didnt open at all

Review 14：At every step in the reservation process at Booking.com I thought I was reserving a lakeside cabin. We ended up in a big building away from the lake. Watch carefully as you make your reservation. It was bit of a walk from the reception and we were given the wrong key when we checked in, so we had to walk back. The windows have white mini-blinds which transmit the bright night sky in the summer. The cutesy, sheer half curtains don't help darken the room.

Review 24：In the apartment that we were initially allocated the WIFI did not work, the rest of the apartment was very good. As having WIFI was important for us, when we discussed explained to the staff we were moved to a different (higher spec.) apartment 24 hrs later. This was a lovely apartment with a very good WIFI connection - well worth the inconvenience of having to move (having previously unpacked everything). Thanks to the staff.
