Review 1：The service is 'Caribbean Style': friendly, but not very efficient. The daily cleaning was not thorough, sometimes the trash was not even removed. Also we didn't like that the floor in the room 'sweats' when the air conditioner is not set cold. We had two kids (1 and 4 years old) and they kept falling on the slippery floor. I thought it was very dangerous for kids or the elderly.
Review 2：The hotel is beautiful, well located and the pool is excellent! There are 5 Divis in Aruba and the guests can use the social area of each one of them, so there's always something fun to do. There's a fully equipped kitchen in the room, so we could cook our own meal. They also have grills outside for barbecue, we loved it!
Review 3：We didn't really have any bad experiences, but another set of dishes and silverware would have been helpful. They were selective about what they left in the rooms...laundry soap and coffee for at least the first day might have been good.
Review 4：For the most part the staff was fairly friendly, the pools were nice, weather was great, and rooms fairly clean and relatively comfortable. Beds were comfortable - and that's always a plus! Beaches were just a short walk across the street...loved it!
Review 5：Not all of the staff is as helpful and friendly as most, but the majority of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Look at your receipts while in Aruba, make sure that there is not a 15% charge already added, before you tip.
Review 6：The golf course was very nice and the rooms were spacious. There were a lot of other Divi Properties nearby that made it easy to enjoy the beach and pools.
Review 7：The rooms were newly redone. It was a short cab ride away from the high rise area. The staff was very accommodating. All the restaurants on the property were tasty.
Review 8：The villa I rented was ok but needed updating and overall the room wasjust not kept up from a maintenance point of view. The pool area wasnice but as with the entire resort there was little staff around to helpwith any questions or to even get a drink. The Pool towel limits areridiculous and them proactively charging my credit card for two for$50.00 was just plane stupid. I stayed 2 nights at the Marriot Surf Clubbefore going to the Divi and while it was more expensive it was worththe extra money. I would not pick the Divi again unless it changes.

Review 23：Did not like the manager/whatever named Glenn who called and tried to get us to buy a timeshare. He did the good old "oh, we have a superspecial offer, just for you, come to a dinner with us, for free, and we will explain. It only takes 90 minutes. Really bothersome as it made the place feel somewhat tacky which it isnt. The restaurant named Mulligans wasnt that good, had bad luck with the personal and recieved a really snide comment from the waiter when we left that we didnt like the vegetables (which we didnt but why comment it to the guest?)

Review 28：We changed our choice of resort in the last minute.. We were gonna stay at Palm beach at Radisson! We were so lucky to have changed! The beach is amazing! Not much people like in Palm Beach and the resort facilities are incredible! Many pools and good restaurants! I liked that this hotel it's not crowded like the ones in Palm Beach, it's much more cozy and pretty and the price is also better than Palm Beach!
Review 29：The constant trade winds would blow the Privacy tag off of the door. I would suggest the resort put a clear slot on the door that the tag will fit into. This way it could not blow off.
Review 30：Room = very clean. Bathroom = huge. Bed = best night's sleep in ages. Air Conditioner worked great. Room 8104 was VERY quiet. Big refrigerator to stock from the nearby supermarkets.

Review 72：What we did not like was people were allowed to 'squat' the umbrellas and lounge chairs with towels. By 7:30 a.m., all the umbrellas were taken - meanwhile there was no one at the pool until late in the afternoon. Anyone who came to the pool by 9, 10 a.m. was left without shelter! That should not be allowed at all!!! It was very frustrating.
Review 73：Divi Village was nice. The 9 hole course was a bit overpriced at $70. for 9 holes. The course was ok, not great. The resort was low key. We had teenager so a more lively place would have been better. This facility was great for young families, as they had a very large infinity pool which included swim up bar, water slide, island for chairs, and food bar, bingo and children's activities. The other pool area had a bar with plenty of chairs and umbrellas which seemed to attract a much older crowd (i'm 55 for reference). We needed something in between.

It is a pitty such a beautiful place with so bad staff,maintenance and cleaning problems and no internet.The cleaning was awful, the dish ware and all kitchen appliances were not really clean when we got there; also were incomplete; I suggest to make the inventory immediately when you get to the room. If you wear socks be ready to have them black... the floor is dirty, dirty, dirty. They ask to sign a form when you check in including the time for cleaning service, but they don´t use it, and early in the morning they break into your room awakening you. Every question you ask to customer service is answer with "yes" and "no". They don`t help at all. WI-FI? it DOES NOT EXIST. And It cost $15 per day as they say in the reservation (no surprise). But, even if you want to pay it, there is no net available, at least in our room (8302) and our building. We ask several times for it, always was "on maintenance"or "we are having problems" but it NEVER WORKED (5 days). Big mistake for a hotel nowadays. NO INTERNET. Be sure to get fresh pool towels every time you can, because specially in the morning they don`t have. We were taking a shower and the water just disappeared... Oh! they forgot to advice they will have a maintenance that afternoon, can you imagine have your girl full of shampoo and suddenly NO WATER. We waited for 20 minutes; after our claim, they put the advice to the other rooms... The food at the pool restaurant is HORRIBLE, full of fat and really bad, the piña colada taste to nothing and the lemonade was rotten. Besides that, the service, again, terrible; you must walk to the ladies (who are watching TV) to ask for almost everything including the check. The iguanas are great, but, they make pupu everywhere and you can be swimming with iguana pupu next to you... The chairs on the beach are pretty bad, you have to look for a good ones in a tower of chairs (several are broken).

The beach is so pleasant too. It is a realpitty the have so many problems with staff and services. The Mulligan`ssport restaurant (at golf field) was really good, food was great andattention and service quite nice too (so different to the hotel). Besidethe beautiful view.

Review 104：If you want to be close to all the shopping Aruba has to offer, you'll need to take the bus. But that being said, the bus is easy to use, runs frequently and is not expensive.
