Review 1：Utter garbage hotel in every form. Amateur staff, drinks only in paper cups (it's a 5 star hotel ffs), cold and tasteless food.

Review 7：The aircon in the room didnt work. Maintenance came up, looked at it, and then disappeared. 2 hours later front desk told me that I would just have to live with it. Hotel looks new but is already so beat up. Buffet food is disgusting.
