Review 1：our trip was too short :P

Review 2：the staff was extremely helpful to provide services even not necessary included in regular hotel list, such as buying us stuff from the shop.

Review 3：The hotel is situated not far away from the slopes. Just a 7-8 minutes walk or 1-2 minutes with the hotel's bus. There is a SPA with all the necessary. The water in the pool is warm even in winter. The hotel is well warmed. The staff are very helpful if you need something. Food in the restaurant is delicious... mmmh :) I can say it's one of my favourite hotels in Pamporovo. ----------------------- Хотелът се намира недалеч от ски пистите. Само на 7-8 минути пеша или на 1-2 минути с бусчето на хотела. Има SPA с всичко необходимо. Водата в басейна е топла дори и през зимата. Хотелът е добре затоплен. Персонала е много отзивчив ако имате нужда от нещо, а храната в ресторанта е великолепна... мммх... :) Мога да кажа, че това е един от любимите ми хотели в Пампорово.

Review 4：The worst staff working at the hotel reception. They never asked how we are, is everything OK, they didn't say "Hello" to us! Not cultural. When we came in our room, the chair was broken. They replaced chair with less broken chair. The nightstand was damaged. Balcony is small.Towels were with hole. For seven days, linen is replaced once. In this period lobby bar didn't working. Much has been invested in marketing, but not in the renovation of the hotel. Don't go in Pamporovo in September. It's so empty.

Review 5：Friendly staff in restaurant. Very good breakfast and dinner (we have half board), nice view. Pool was excellent. Temperature of water was 24-28 degrees C. Every time we have a lot of hot water for shower. Room is very big. Bed are comfortable.

Review 6：Poor Reception customer service the only two helpful people in hotel was a guy in Restaurant and the shuttle driver Wifi is nearly non existant although mainly due to weather Floors are slippery everywhere as made of high gloss tiles and constantly wet. Deffinately not 4 star! We are staying in a 3 star now and there are more facilities and much much better service The slip road leading to hotel was nearly unaccessible with weeks worth of snow piled on

Review 7：Fantastic Food Good Location ski wise not far from green slope Spacious Room Good View Very clean. Clean towels every day, everything is cleaned and washed constantly Bath Robes and slippers provided

Review 8：- the staff wasn't aware of the details about the facilities, transport, etc. - you should ask and remind them - at the weekends, when the hotel is full, you can see that the SPA and other facilities are small. Very hard to find a spot at dinner time.
