Review 1：Personnel in reception offered price 2 time more than booking.com. I had to book room using my phone in front of reception

Review 3：Staff very rude on reception, restaurant. Don't have manners how to talk to guests,also I was told that I will get car parking but it was provided and I have to pay almost the same price for car parking what I paid for hotel rooms.My 2nd day stay no body make up the rooms when I had put the stickers outside the door to make our rooms . We have to use the same bedding, same towels & we have to buy toiletries also ... Nobody picks the reception phone if called from room u have to go personally if you need anything.

Review 11：Location Cleanliness, once we entered to the room we found Cockroaches. Staff at reception was not cooperative at all. Rest of the staff is fine. Shuttle service is very poor. If you are thinking to book a room in this hotel considering Shuttle service, so please please don't book.

Review 12：With the confirmation email from hotel for early check-in they have given the room which was left any family. Very dirty even one bed was without bed sheet. Washroom was also dirty. Apart so many complaint no Hot water tap on, and shower was almost no water. i have wasted my money for this hotel, never recommend to anyone. This is the solely responsibility of Booking.com that why they have cheaters/frauds on its panel.

Review 13：Last time I was there in 2007 found it very pleasant. This time in 2015 I found it very good as well for breakfast, room and cleanness. Look, every hotel in Makkah makes money but very few of them keep maintaining the facility and Palestine Hotel is one of them.

Review 14：On website car parking was mentioned as free but they charged me Sr.100 for 2 days. At first they said no parking available but when i said if u like i can pay then they offer me that... infact few parkings were empty constantly as i saw down there

They have a policy of not cleaning the room unless the customer is present! So the room was always dirty The staff at the front desk were not friendly In general this is not a 4 star hotel, I rate it as 2 star at best!

Review 45：- The room was supposed to be triple room, but originally a double room with extra uncomfortable bed - The restaurant was literally full of flies, and they didn't seem to care to do something about it. Flies on the open buffet, flies on the plates, on the tables, everywhere - There are only two shuttles to the mosque, and they don't go very often - After checking out, the shuttle refused to take us back to the mosque, saying "we are no longer guests". Very disappointing.

Review 49：the Hotel is horrible, You barely give it 1 star. the elevators are always busy you need more than 15 min. to get one. the furniture inside the room is very poor, the TV is not working you barely can see the picture. the telephone does not call outside the hotel, the room does not have mini bar. the mattress is like a rock. I step into the room and found the beds not arranged which means somebody was using the room. I paid for this room SAR 660 and it does not deserve more than SAR 100, the excuse for all of the above is that you are visiting the Hotel in Ramadan, I do not recommend anybody to go there.
