Reviews for Turqualty Club

Review 1：This was sold as a family room with adjoining bedrooms, in reality it was a one bed apartment which had two single beds in the living area which was open plan. The kitchenette is very poorly equiped. The bathroom was very dirty and no towels had been provided. The door to the bathroom was made from frosted glass and swung two ways with no way to close it properly or lock it. The aircon in the main bedroom was faulty and would not turn off with the remote. The place is poorly lit on approach from the road, no signage clearly visible to confirm you have arrived at the correct location as the main entrance is down the side street. Over all this strikes me as being an apartment complex that has failed to sell so the management company are trying to recoup some loss by renting apartments. It doesn't seem to have any hotel qualities to it once you get past the pools. Having said that I would stay there again but be prepared for what I may or may not find, if staying longer than two nights I would bring these issues up with a member of staff and ask for an alternative room.

Review 7：This is my second year to go there, this time it was a short trip for business only. In our early bird arrival caught the facility none prepared . Many things were missing. Electrical, plumbing failure, in addition supply store was not open. Cooking ware was not replaced but supplied in demand.

Review 8：staff respectful and replace each demand without resistance. Environmental Silence perfect. We didn't like the room by the difficulty entering bath tub which was to high but they changed the room right away with flat base shower, that was gentle action.
