Review 1：The cleanness of the room was bad. They did not change the bed sheet. No towel and toiletries available, need to request. The complimentary plain water bottle was open and re-used.

Review 2：Location and friendly staff. Fruits upon arrival was a very nice gesture.

Review 3：The mattress is not very conformable (old), the window doesn't close correctly, so it was noisy in the room. No baby crib available, so our 2.5 years old baby slept with us on the mattress.

Review 4：Mattress was not comfortable, makes noise once one move. Water was not that hot. WIFI was only in the reception and not stable. No special discount for late arrival. Check in is late and check out is early.

Review 5：The hotel is clean, quit and near from everything. Once I arrived I found a plate of fruit in my room, which was really nice.

Review 6：The room I was staying charged at SR 720 whereas my colleague joining me and reserved similar room two days prior to the date of staying was charged at at SR 531. This could be considered as day light robbery. The hotel advertised that it has wifi. In matter of fact this is not true. We could not get wifi for the hotel, instead wifi from neighboring hotel Al Shohada.

Review 18：There was no hot water during the stay. We got once hot water after that we were told to keep water running for 10 mints but hot water never came. The room was also not properly cleaned and the sheets were dirty and also the mattress had something wrong. Mattress and bed sheets were infected with something which caused all of itch all over the body. Overall not a positive experience. Will def avoid this one next time inshallah.

Review 22：1. Prior my reservation in Booking.com, I contacted the hotel and requested for a parking by telephone and the hotel confirmed me with the parking availability during my stay period. To my surprise when I reached hotel, they hotel staff said there is no parking available. But I found there are empty parking spots and the hotel security is not ready to offer me the empty spot. Instead he gave it to the other guest whom arrived after me. 2. The receptionist staff never use to pickup telephone calls from the guests rooms and the booking.com I noticed this often during my stay. Overall a very unfriendly staff especially the security on the time of my arrival at the hotel. 3. Breakfast was horrible and the same reparative menu for both the mornings of my stay.

Review 24：No hot water. On the second day I complained to the reception that their was a leak under the sink. They quickly sent someone and fixed it. I asked about the hot water and he it will come in time but it didn't. I also felt I'm the only guest at that hotel. Their was no breakfast Buffett. But they got some ok breakfast just for me. I was alone on the dinning room the first day and on the second their was only another couple.

Review 61：بسبب اعمال توسعة الحرم واجهنا الكثير من الصعوبات ولم نتمكن من اداء جميع الصلوات في الحرم بسبب الازدحام الشديد وضيق المنافذ والمخارج كما ان الفندق ليس قريبا من الحرم كما توقعت بل تحتاج الى ربع ساعه مشي (بين الحواجز الاسمنتية ) لتصل الى الحرم بخصوص الخدمات لا ترقى للقيمة المدفوعه ولا يوجد واي فاي في الغرف وخدمة الغرف تعيسه جدا ولا يقومون بالاجابه على الهاتف الا بعد طلوع الروح والفندق لا يصلح لكبار السن لانه بعيد ويقع في منطقة انشائات

When Icalled the booking.com representative, they told me that they will checkwith the property owner and let me know. Since, the property ownercouldn't be reached that time.
