Review 1：I booked on the promise of a river view, but few rooms appeared to have this and we could only see the street on the opposite side.

Review 5：Breakfast was not available due to unavailability of food. The staff asked me during checkout to pay money because they have to clean the towel. It is for me a big joke. I expect all towels in a hotel room are cleaned after a customer is using them and not only after the guest pays money. That was soo strange.

Review 7：The room the hotel initially gave us were not clean. There are lots of hairs in the bathroom and stains could be seen on the floor and the bed sheet too. The staff insisted that the room has been cleaned and the stain marks on the bed sheet were permanent ones which did not go away after washed. It may be true but after seeing the stains on the floor and hairs in the bathroom it wasn't very convincing so we asked for a new room which they gave us. The new room is slightly better than the first one but we also saw some water spilled on the floor as well but didn't want to complain about it again. The bathroom has a ventilation window but there is no mosquitoe net so anything could crawl or fly through the window into the room. I am not trying to be picky for the room this price but we chose this hotel because of the other comments saying this hotel is clean and also the pictures look way better than it actually is. We, however, think the hotel's cleanliness standard is below par and would have paid a few hundred baht more for a cleaner place.

Review 11：If you are a tourist whose Thai language skills are limited, give Lampang and this hotel a miss. The hotel front desk could barely understand us. Even though we told him in Thai to book us a cab to the airport 3 times, the cab never arrived on time and we paid a private individual who happily took us to the airport. Hardly any tourist infrastructure or even a desire by hotel staff to assist with local sightseeing. Getting around without a car is a pain. Maybe I was expecting too much but having travelled throughout much of Thailand, I was surprised at the lack of a service orientation for foreign tourists.

They could have done more with the hotel or rooms (we such a large room why is there no sofa, just empty space) and why no breakfast facility in such a large and new hotel? If you arrive by car or try to find the hotel - the location is not correct (we drove around for 45 minutes before we could find the hotel). They made some lousy excuse that Booking.com didn't update the site yet, but I can find complaints from other customers from months back.

The staff at the reception should provide some glimpse of hospitality, such as a smile when guests arrive. The TV did not work and no piece of soap is provided.
