Review 1：Hotel staff could not do enough for us. Jan even took us back to the town to hire our ski equipment and also took us back on the day we left no charge. They did not serve food in the evening (due to end of season), but provide excellent facilities to cook your own. Very helpful advise on local restaurants.

Review 2：The cleaning was not great (our room was left untidied a couple of times) but it's not like the place was a mess and it was clean when we got the room. Bear in mind this is a little out of the Are resort (not a problem during the day because of all the buses) which means if you don't have your own transport and want to eat out every night you'll be paying for a cab.

Review 3：The apartments are spacious, pretty inside and homely. The breakfast was good but a little predictable. There were good facilities, transport nearby (it's got its own bus stop) and a local garage/supermarket meant it was easy to get supplies (if you don't fancy paying the ridiculous Swedish restaraunt prices every night). The view is brilliant and undisturbed.

Review 4：The beds are not comfortable, too firm. How ever the room was tidy up every day, our towels were lying on the floor for two day and were not replaced as they should be according to saving environment suggestion written on the wall.

Review 9：This is a very nice hotel with a very personal atmosphere. It lies some kilometers away from Åre which makes it a very calm place although you have to use skibuses or your own car to get to Åre and to the downhill ski areas. Possibilities to go horseback riding also counts. My recommendations!

Review 10：I think Sara said it perfectly. Bearing in mind it's 3 star, don't expect a pool and sauna (in fact our room had the latter!) It is an incredibly charming and comfortable residence for a trip, with a warm, tidy room to come home to at the end of the day. The dining room is charming and could give lessons to top dollar restaurants for ambience. Enjoy your stay!

Review 11：The walls were pretty thin, and our bedroom happened to be next to thetv of the neighbours. Problem was easily solved by moving the beds tothe living room though.

Review 12：Very kind staff, good food, and okay beds. Close to åre Bjørnen where wecould jump right on the ski bus towards the ski elevators. Not too closeto the centre, so it's quiet and peaceful in the evenings.
