Review 1：The overall experience at this resort was great - hassle free access to move around and become familiar with the property, open hallways allowing trade winds to flow and keep area cool and refreshing after time on the beach or the pool - great resort! Would definitely stay here again!

Review 2：there was a one week offer promoted everywhere. a week in aruba for $279 no details. at the desk at check out when we asked said you had to attend a tour which no one offered us.

Review 4：The sea in front of the hotel was not very clear. We had a very unpleasant experience when using the outside bbq with a timeshare guest who thought he had mor rights to use the bbq than we had.

Review 7：The size of unit was great. The furnishings were good. The kitchen had the basics. Deck on our lower unit was larger than the higher up ones.

Review 8：I read many reviews prior to booking the Divi Phoenix and many recommended requesting the "tower" for the views...which I did. When we got there, we were told the tower was oversold and were being "upgraded" to the newer section. Our room number was 7XX so we assumed it was the 7th floor. Wrong, the floors are based on the LAST digits of the room number which was very confusing and so we ended up on 4th floor with view of building. The room was clean but smelt like a musty basement and the floor had a constant slippery damp feel. The bed springs could be felt and the pillows were hard. The safe was small and extremely inconveniently located in the closet.

Review 10：Front desk service yeses you to death with slow outcome to requests. For instance I had problem with the patio drape the moment of arrival. It took 3 days of asking to just put the plastic stick back onto the curtain until I finally went to front desk to get someone to fix it. Other than lack of communication from the front my stay was the most relaxing vacation ever

Five steps from my room on ground floor to the pools, fifteen more steps to beautiful restaurant with views of the beach which is only 150 ft away. Spectacular view of sunsets every night. Who could ask for more?

Review 25：The hotel is on the beach. Very clean and good service. We hade our room in one of the newer buildings and it was very comfortable and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped, big fridge and dishwasher. Balcony with view of the sea, 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi. Free wifi. You could stay a family in this room. Restaurant ok, nothing special, mini market in the lobby. Very nice supermarket called super food 2 km away. Local bus stop outside the hotel.

Review 26：I thought the cleaning service was poor; the food service was very bad; I requested a high floor during my booking and was only placed on the 5th floor.

Review 28：Service at PureBeach restaurant on the property was horrible and the food was only ok. The bartender was rude and some of the staff made you wait even though the restaurant was empty, this happened consistently.
