This unique hostel offers beds in a dorm room or private rooms for up to 6 people. The rooms are located both in the main building of the castle and in one of the two carriage houses.
On the southern-most peninsula of Zeeland – known for having the cleanest beaches and most sun hours of Holland – the surroundings offer a variety of activities for young and old. Enjoy hours of cycling through picturesque nature, long beach walks or visit the many quaint coastal towns.

Review 1：Rooms were in typical youth hostel style, very basic
Review 2：Excellent location and very beautiful building. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend staying there.
Review 3：An unimaginative use of such a lovely location! Keep it affordable but spend a little time on the details especially when renting private rooms. We spent 120euro/night for a family room since we have 2 small kids (cheap but not free). The bunk beds had private lights and after that there was only one overhead light. Once the kids were asleep we only had the light of the shower room. I would expect at LEAST a chair for each member of the room (we only had 2) and a lamp for the poor parents! Otherwise the room is just a bed.
Review 4：The location is amazing and wasn't expecting that much as it is a hostel, but still...they lack imagination in their approach. Not need to spend money just be smarter.
Review 5：It is a perfect location! The Castel is a paradise of peacefullness,it is surrended by a Nice forest and the beach is about 8 minutes by foot . I really enjoyed my stay and i can't wait to come back !
Review 6：The beds are terrible. The shower was backed up and nasty. The rooms remind me of a prison cell. Really bad. It really is an overpriced hostel. For the rate charged the facilities should be much better. At best, this is a novelty stopover on a bike ride through the country.
Review 7：The grounds and the mystic nature of the castle is really beautiful. Sitting outside at night is really cozy. The Terra Museum next door has some excellent child programs.

Review 16：the riding tracks around the castle were amazing - beautiful forest that merged onto the beach! What a fantastic combination. The closest towns of Drombrug and Middleburg are wonderful to look around and good food too! The experience of staying in a castle made the lack of luxury faciities worth it.
Review 17：The fine ! I got a fine for not paying the public parking on saturdaymorning ! Totally forgotten. Arrived on fridaynight in a thunderstorm and just saw it in a glimps. Hostel should put a remark on the desk or the breakfast table and the muninipality should not treat tourists in such a way !

The remaining bunk beds will not be available for other guests.Please note that the beds are not made, but bed linen will be provided and guests are required to make their own bed upon arrival. Towels are available at a surcharge.Please note that Stayokay and Hostelling International members do not receive discounts when booking this accommodation.Please note that free public parking is possible from November until March. Parking rates outside of this period are EUR 1.10 per hour from 09:00 until 19:00 or EUR 6 per 24 hours.Guests are requested to inform the property when children are coming along.When travelling with children younger than 13 years old, it is required to book a private room.Please inform Stayokay about your travel companions.
