Review 5：Rooms were not cleaned properly, so dirty under the beds! Be careful not to leave your car at the parking lot by the railway, cos you need to pay for parking there. Stuff didn't inform us at the arrival time. There is printed information at the reception, but after the long trip to reach Are do you read everything what's writen around..

Review 6：Sauna-world was good and free to enter. Breakfast were quite nice also. Free wi-fi, quite fast

Review 7：- We had to wait for several hours for the cot for my two years old girl at 10pm at night when we arrived. There is not sufficient personnel in the hotel. The hotel receptionist is also running the icecream shop at the other side of the hotel and cleaning facilities, a bit of "fawlty towers" experience. We never received apologies for the mess and the personnel acted arrogant and unhelpful. - The information about the breakfast was provided wrongly at the hotel room and we missed the breakfast as a result on the first morning.

Review 8：- Excellent swimming pool and kids facilities.

Review 9：There were several parties with lots of noise in the same corridor as we had our room. It was difficult to sleep and both me and my husband were awake the most of the night. The 2nd evening the guards stopped the party and the people were thrown out of the hotel. The hotel should have guards that walk around to listen if there is any parties around in the hotel. The hotel should also try to place families with young kids in the same corridor and people travelling without kids/ young people in another corridor to avoid this problem.

Review 11：Poor access to the ski slope - no transfer from hotel to the lift and back, hard walk in ski boots with skis on the back to the ski buss. Frequency of buss trips too low.

Review 12：Nice lobby with open fire, Wallmans show, terrific breakfast, good reaturant, large and clean rooms.

Review 13：Recuring problems with electronic key-cards. Same limited menu in resturant during stay. Queing for breakfast and once in, queing for coffe and juice because of too few and broken down automats. The so called Sauna World has only one sauna with some deacent heat, where ignorant quests complain if one trows water on the stones like one is supposed to in a real sauna. Cleaner waking up my daughters for wanting to clean at that very instant, later leaving the door unlocked.

Review 14：The design of the hotel. Proximity to city center and good food store.

Review 15：No one informed us at the booking or at the check-in about the ongoing roof-works. We woke up every morning to the noice of drilling machines and intensive hammering. Too many mistakes were made during our stay to give a professional impression. The staff generally lacks training and experience. The hotel is located far away from the skiing and bus connections are, to say the least, poor.

Review 17：My room was dirty, Snacks on the floor, and the drink glasses was wet. They start closing breakfast 30 min before ending. Check in/check out are to slow, 25-30 min for check in.

Review 25：Our room was facing the railway station, and the loudspeaker announced the first train early in the morning. Short on staff, had to wait an hour to enter the Sauna World with a pram. Room wasn't cleaned properly, the trash bin wasn't emptied.

Spoilt bylack of staff and control of environment.Hotel dirty outside front doors and worn out in bathrooms. Lack of staff in shop to buy snacks. Very expensive food in restaurants. Whole hotel seems to be run on automated and self service systems which is not helpful if they go wrong or are abused. Breakfast lacking in imagination, although plenty of food. Staff did not know answers to many of our questions on ski buses and areas to ski in. Had to find out stuff ourselves which is difficult in a foreign country. Some questions were never answered! Where do the ski buses stop for instance? How would you get back from another skin area after the lifts close and the buses stop even if you find where the bus comes back to? We ended up using the car all week. Lastly, the beds are too hard and I ended up sleeping on the sofa in our room for several nights! I did ask for help and was given an extra blanket but nothing else. The cleaner did get rid of the mould in our bathroom though. All in all, not the lovely Spa Hotel I thought I had booked. You could have a facial, but it will cost you £100! Didn't bother in the end. Not welcoming place at all.

Review 30：The location was useful. The views from the more expensive rooms arenice. The sauna world when quiet was great. Skiing is good but limited.More t bars than chairs.Went snow mobile touring which was really great from Camp Are beside the hotel.
