Review 1：- we've booked 1 large bed, but received 2 separate beds. Reception pretended not to receive this booking point and did not provide room with 1 bed or any extra for inconvenience caused

Review 2：- Location is good with nice view - Breakfast super great , big and delicious - Nice pool and sauna - Extremely warm in the room ( delux room)

Review 3：More hangers in the bathroom would be useful. The kids room was cold and most toys broken.

Review 4：What made biggest impression to me was the service - it was excellent, friendly and with a smile - bell boys, front office, restaurant, housekeeping, SPA center. The SPA has a huge variety of services, i was very satisfied with the massage. The pool is nice, there is a kids pool. Ski center 1 is 10 min walk, the hotel has also a free shuttle.

Review 5：The breakfast was diverse, but with very low quality products, awful coffee and tea The SpA is a joke, the sauna temperature was low due to cold air coming through holes, very small pool which smelled bad Old and cheap linen, bathrobes (size XXS), smelling of bleach They might invest in some refreshment WiFi was a bit weak and they turned off the heating during the day

Review 8：Great hotel.It is second time we have been here.This time we have requested deluxe room-it was worth it.Much better renovated and better furniture. All was clean.Very helpfull staff.Very warm hotel. Nice kids friendly warm swimming pool.There was sauna as well. There is wi fi free regular bus to the pists. great traditional restaurant inside.lots of other restaurants and shops nearby.

Review 9：Location was good. Not a ski-in ski-out hotel but at the center of the town and close to markets, shops and restaurants. Happy with the staff attitude and cleanliness. Room was hot, even needed to turn off the heater time to time. Free shuttle to ski center with big busses so that one can easily carry own ski gear.

Review 17：Great hotel for the money, even greater Bulgarian style restaurant. The room was clean, had everything we needed. We requested high floor with a view to the center and the mountains and that's what we got. The staff was polite and we had a great time

Review 21：Location of the hotel is perfect.Taxi station is in front of the hotel. Market is across the street. You can find casino, disco, spa center and small shops for your needs at the hotel. Has a good price/comfort ratio. I suggest you to prefer the deluxe rooms.

Review 22：Smell of cigarette every night which enter the room. Noise music (only bass) through the wall all night. If someone opens the fan in the bathroom, above or below, you can not sleep.
