The traditional Hotel Åregården is situated in the heart of Åre and offers a genuine and international alpine atmosphere. It offers a picturesque setting with breathtaking mountain and lake views. The mountain railway is located here and the cable-car lift transports guests to the top of the 4,650 feet high Åreskutan top.
The 100 pistes and 40 lifts at Åre offer some of the best skiing in Sweden, while dogsledding, rafting and hiking tours can also be arranged.

Delicious dishes in the lobby restaurant. Location is the best in the very center and next to Railway station. Apparently this is the best Hotel option to stay in.
