Review 1：Employees very friendly. Rooms and hotel itself was very clean. Front room decorate very nice for the holiday. Breakfast was huge selection. And the pool/hot tub was the best.

Review 2：The chain lock fell off out of the wall in my hand when I tried to lock the door. The bathtub didn't flow empty....very sluggish

Review 7：We fend for ourselves. The front desk is always short handed. The fauset in the sink is too PUNY to put your hands under. The towel rack is in the way of toilet grab bar. There's only ONE acessible toilet on the premises and its in the room I stay in. If I don't get checked in right away, which has happened twice in a row, I can't relive myself. And try sitting in the shower. Can YOU reach the hand wand when it's up at the top? Have you tried sitting on a sloped shower bench when it gets wet and slippery? Been there twice over the past 10 months and there's STILL no soap dish! I have pointed out all of these things and nothing has changed in the past few years!

Review 8：Been going there for several years and it just gets more disappointing. I make suggestions for the handicap accessible areas and it gets ignored. So I've brought some of my own equipment to make it more bearable.

Review 9：The room assign was small and with a bad smell ...we got another one that was better the idea of having rooms out of the lobby access makes it lool like a motel instead

Review 11：The hotel was disgusting. Rooms smelled like smoke, the furniture, carpeting, Formica countertops, and drapes looked like 30 years old. Sheers in room 109 were shredding. Mattresses were very worn. Will never stay there again. Plus, if you book online thru Booking.com the hotel will put you in the worse room until you complain, unless you reserve a suite with a fireplace.

Review 20：I got charged $125.99 instead of $111.99 Booking com confirmed.. I guess that because they gave me a King bed room instead of a 2 queen bed room, but I didn't request it nor did they ask me to change. The room is pretty old and the furniture too.

Review 21：There was a pleasant surprise, the room has a massage chair which helped me with my fatigue from driving from Boston. According to the staff, some rooms' chair were broken and were only replaced with normal chairs, but you can request it when you reserve.

Review 26：I have stayed at this hotel many times and all together it has been a wonderful experiance. I would strongly recomend one of the hotels main rooms because we stayed in the basement rooms and they were terrible. There were spider nests and everything.

Review 110：The layout of the hotel was confusing. The main lobby and restaurant were a long walk away from our room. Disappointed in the "hot" breakfast food. It was lukewarm at best, as was the coffee.

Review 111：Location was the best - directly off the highway. Just minutes from downtown Portland but away from downtown congestion. Several parking options made for easy access to our room. Loved the little "kitchenette" area and took full advantage of the coffee setup and microwave. Having two sinks in separate areas was also convenient while getting ready to go out. Dinner in the on-site restaurant was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Review 112：Out-dated appearance in lobby and restaurant especially. Very drab. A Staff member there smelled so smoky the whole restaurant reeked when he walked by and he was our waiter! This hotel is a long way from the ferrie terminal about a $20 cab ride and 20 mins at least. Nothing to do in the area.

Even though check in wasn't until 3pm they checked us in to an available room so we got some sleep and were able to enjoy the rest of the day. I loved the breakfast buffet and the location. Right off the expressway so no anxiety. The staff was incredibly friendly. The room was clean. I was very satisfied...i felt safe.
