Reviews for Mountain Green Ski and Golf

Review 1:The staff was non-existent, as were the amenities. My son was upset about the pool being locked up and inaccessible, as well as the arcade being gone. There was no hot water until we found the hot water heater and turned it on. A thing that the staff should do before a guest arrives. When it was time to check out the staff was non-existent again and couldn't be found. We were delayed getting on the road and were finally told to just put the key through the space in the door. I have worked in hotels a good part of my life and I would have never let a guest have an experience like that. No phone in the room, no one at the desk to ask for help and no one to call but a security guard whose job description is security...not customer service...is just wrong even in the off season. You can do better. Have a little pride.

Review 2:The price is right for the off season. Too bad it's so far from town. Had I realized that I would have looked further.

Review 3:Decadent hotel. No front desk. Our bed was broken. We slept on the floor No blinds. Nobody to complain about it. Decided to leave earlier, no refunds.

Review 4:Very close to snowshead

Review 5:Our building (there are 3) was the furthest from the main building, which houses the pool and health club; when it's cold out, that's not good with kids. The game room was also in the main building, but it was never open (which was bad, as that was on my tick list when considering a property), but it didn't matter because it was so far away. Walls were thin and you can hear people in rooms next to or above/below. Skeleton crew, but April's a quiet time for skiing, so we didn't get to upset with that.

Review 6:Convenience to the mountain, room size & layout, amenities within the room. Cleanliness of the pool and health club in the main building. Small library in the main building. Friendly staff. Great ski shop in the main building for rentals/tuning.

Review 7:Location

Review 8:One week out is season, so we lose out on the hot tub, etc...

Review 9:Cozy relaxing location. Second year there.

Review 10:Hallway and elevator strong odor

Review 11:Low water pressure. No pots to cook. The hallway had a bad odor.

Review 12:That I had to leave.

Review 13:I loved the fact that it felt like I went to my vacation home and not a hotel. I had all the cooking supplies right there. There was a ski shop in the basement. Great location to skiing. The shuttle was right there. The people were so cool. The parking garage meant we didn't have to clean ice off the windows.

Review 14:We found a used condom next to the bed the morning after our firstnight stay. The website says that the pool is open year round but whenwe checked in the staff said that it was the "off-season" andwas not open. She also said that the website clearly stated this, butit does not.

Review 15:We loved the location and the fireplace in the room. We also liked thefull kitchen. The studio had plenty of room for our family of four.

Review 16:checkin was 6pm check out 10am be real pool was not working or any other facilities that were offered. twin beds were extremely small pull out couch was from the 60s coffee pot leaked glasses had cracks

Review 17:All amenities were closed including restaurant and pool. Also cleanliness was an issue; hair, including pubic in shower and bathroom area, also stains on carpeting in living areas.

Review 18:went for a wedding in the area and location was great

Review 19:Spa and outdoor pool closed and there was no notification as such onyour website. It's part of why we chose there to stay.

Review 20:Location. Descent room. Accomodating, good underground parking.

Review 21:The sofa was a mess. The cushion was destroyed. I am glad we had 2 beds in our room so the kids didn't have to sleep on that. Unit did not have a pan that we could cook pancakes in (a staple when we travel with the kids) nor salt/pepper.

Review 22:Relatively comfortable. Great location. We were in building 3 so everything was right there.

Review 23:room smelled like wood smoke and made us cough. I complained and the staff did take care of it while we were at dinner. Many bldgs in the complex, thus you don't know what bldg your room is in til you arrive, and it may not be close to the main bldg.

Review 24:pool, sauna, basketball court kept us entertained at night! Loved it. Nice ski shop too.

Review 25:the ladies at the spa were a little cold, the room's fireplace didn't work properly, the dvd player was not connected, the beds were a bit uncomfortable

Review 26:location, pool, hot tub, weight room, shuttle bus, the people at the front desk

Review 27:Unit was poorly furnished and was not clean. There were large chunks offood on the floor. We were insulted that we had to pay a $100+ cleaningfee when we arrived to that condition. This hotel is about location only- it was not luxurious.

Review 28:Location was great. Shuttle to mountain was reliable and convenient.Amenities were convenient (ski rental, pool/spa, deli, bar)

Review 29:The check in time was too late in the day. And having a fire place is nice, but only if the wood supplied were dry and could burn.

Review 30:The value for your money was great. The proximity to the mountain and restaurants was wonderful.
