Review 1：No kitchen facilities or bath mat and, although no problem for us, the room was on the third floor with no lift

Review 3：-not every roos has got badroom in room/some bedrooms are outside - mattress are too soft - no fridge at room - windows could be cleaner ^^ -dustpan and brush would be needed - wifi doesnt work all the time, every morning we had to restart the router.

Review 5：our bathroom was down the hall. It was only for us but you have to go out of your room to get to it. Just a minor problem though. No hairdryer.

Review 9：The host was very friendly and made us feel totally at home. Really warm room, great decor, lovely bathroom, big TV and a really big super comfy bed. Very nice location, felt like a nice safe area with everything we needed within walking distance yet still quiet enough to get a great nights sleep. Next time we're in town we know where to go :)

Review 11：clean. neat. welcoming owner. centre of the city, but a quiet area - 1 minute walk to a main street, but enough to sleep in a silence. Police building in front of the hotel - if you plan to have a huge party with the fireworks in you bedroom, it is not the place. but if you want to be sure, you car is still there in the morning, and no one is trying to rob you in the night - the area is perfect. Designed room, warm!!! (what is not common for these old buildings in Poznan) I would have visited again.

Review 13：I booked Artrooms with a little bit of hesitation as I travel a lot on business and normally stay in a decent hotel. However, after some sub-standard experiences in Poznan hotels in the past I fancied something different so decided to give Artrooms a try on this visit - I'm glad I did! I was met by the owner when checking in and he really couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The room was larger than the average hotel room, private, quiet, super clean and decorated to a very high standard with a large extremely comfortable bed. Fast free WiFi, New Samsung Flat Screen TV, Tea/Coffee in the room and easy parking on the street outside really completed a great package for me. As a bonus I was able to checkout late in the afternoon without any issue or additional charge. This is now my first choice in Poznan!

Review 16：Location is a bit far from city center. 20-25 minutes walk. It could be cheaper considering that it is an apart,not a hotel.
Review 17：We were very unlucky if it comes to details that might not influence other guests staying there: there was an iron, but no ironing board; the iron was rusted and it damaged a nice shirt; the room was clean, but there was a lot of dust under the bed which an allergic person can be disturbed with; there was a water boiler, but there was a lot of stone inside.
Review 18：The room looks nicer than on the picture. The host is very kind and discreet. The location is not bad but you need a bit of time (0,5h?) to reach the old town on foot, so I am not sure if I would call it a walking distance (taxi costs approximately $4). It seem the owners fix things that people mention here because there was a big and nice mirror in the hallway :-)

Review 20：The owner, Maciej, went extra thousands miles to meet my needs for a special night.... Maciej has a little unknown secret available that is absolutely phenomenal for special nights... It is so great that such people are in Poznan and are creating such places. As a Polish living abriad, I am impressed and very proud!
