Review 3：The booking system indicated that there was a safe in the room and we booked based on that, but no safe was available in our room. The room looked a bit empty. Staff could have put us in contact with a travel agent to go around town instead of using their contacts.
Review 4：Staff helped us go around arranging trips for us through the hotel's driver and horse cart drivers they know.
Review 5：Upon arrival to the hotel, there was no stuff who spoke english and we had very hard time on communitation with hotel. She called one of the stuff who spoke english and we could communicate through the phone.

Review 7：This is a remodeled or almost new hotel close to the historical central part of Lampang, the hotel is simple but enough, the rooms are big with a big bed, wifi is so so but there but a thunderstorm going on, staff was kindly enough to reboot the router several times and it worked. We stayed just one night in our way from Bangkok to Chiang Mai by car.

Review 17：Very good location, close to old town center, not far from new town either, Central-Plaza mall nearby, yet, very calm street. Amazing, helpful owner! She even came with me to the main street to catch a (normal-priced) taxi for me to the train station. Totally new, big rooms.
Review 18：The stairs, balcony and roof top terrace were all in need of more thorough cleaning and not as well cleaned and maintained as the rooms.
