Review 1：- Parking was too full and it was hard to park the car and drive out again - They had some problem regarding the origanization of my reservation and i had to move to another room after the first night - Refrigerator was so cold that fruits would freeze in certain areas within the fridge - Door of the bathroom was too old and needs a replacement

Review 13：The staff were friendly and welcoming and, as it was my first visit to Lampang, they were happy to provide information on accessing the things I wanted to see. The room was large, very clean and the huge window, with doors to a balcony made it feel light and airy. The location was ideal for walking to parts of the city centre that I wanted to visit.

Review 16：The staff were very helpful and spoke English well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was situated close to the river and many local attractions such as the night market. Lampang itself is a laid back relaxed place to spend a chilled out getaway.

Review 45：Booking.com has a significantly higher price than booking with the hotel directly, plus I got free breakfast whith the hotel that booking.com didn't offer. The overall price is high for the area so you may want to shop around. The Wi-Fi is the biggest problem though, at least in my room, signal quality and speed were a big issue. I had to set up my laptop with it's stronger receiver as a repeater just to get Wi-Fi on my phone.

Review 46：The staff are amazingly helpful and nice, there is generally someone available that speaks english and the language barrier was never a problem for me. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable can't ask for much more in a hotel room. The location is near perfect, you are very close to both good thai food (Aroy One Baht is right at the corner of the street) and great new york style pizza (Long Jim is 3 blocks east) in addition to numerous street vendors, small coffee shops and pretty much any other type of shop you might need within walking distance or if not Central Plaza is a quick trip in a songthaew, which you can catch from right outside the hotel parking lot.

Review 51：We read in a well known guide that the room was '' spotless''. Well, spotless it is not. The bathroom was smelly and dirty. The same applies for the room.

Review 52：The room was spacious, great location in Lampang. A stall making coffee is available downstairs (just outside next to the restaurant) which makes good coffee for a fair price, perfect for the morning. Some horse carriage are waiting in front of the hotel if you want to have a ride. Lampang is a nice little town, very quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is very basic and is ok for the asked value, this is an ok hotel see it in its category as an number 8 on the ten scale. They do their best to please you.

Review 59：The horse drawn carriage rides come up to the hotel. I paid for a 20 min ride, but the driver made it an even longer trip for no extra charge. Lampang is pretty and the food around the corner restaurant was fantastic and good value. I hired a car and driver for the Ceramics place, to the elephant camp (recommended), and to see a temple though it was a bit pricey for 5 hours. I found Internet in the nearby shopping mall. I had a good Thai massage at the hotel as well.
