Review 1：we didnt got the room that we reserved there is construction that took of villas next door- that was very noisy and our room was shaking one evening was not electricty anther day not water the room is very small around 350sqt not like the say 700 sqt

Review 7：We could hear all of the movements of the people staying in the room above us. Not their fault - I think it just had to do with the flooring and way the rooms are built. My advice would be to stay in one of the upper level rooms. Also, some minor construction work was happening on the property while we were there and it was noisy and disruptive.

Not as exposed as other beach hotels in this area - felt much more private - in nicer more southern end of the beach. Lots of great places to eat nearby The walk along the beach is amazing. Yoga & spa centre just across the road. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Review 10：Be Tulum is the perfect degree of "rustic" without being "roughing it" at all. You feel like you're really living in the jungle on the beach -- just with A/C and no bugs. The staff is super fun, the food is delicious, the facilities are amazing, and the location could not be better. We kept saying that we felt that we had discovered the best kept secret on the planet.
Review 11：the rooms look great but they are not very functional (chairs are awkward and there are no places to place anything), the sink looks cool but the ledges are slanted so things fall into the drain, the tubs are huge but take a long time to fill and aren't very comfortable
