Review 1：In my room, #22, there was very hot water in the sink but only luke warm in the shower. I think they need to turn up one of the hot water heaters

Review 4：Clean room, bathroom was recently remodeled. The temperpedic / memory foam type mattress - I believe helped my back to relax. A BIG YES for that! Friendly staff. Great price, too.

Review 5：The four main issues we had were 1. BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS!!!!! I am currently covered in 100+ bites 2. There were people playing really loud music at 6am 3. Early in the morning there was glass breaking next door to us as well as a lot of construction (on thanksgiving) 4. The staff didn't want to be there and were not friendly. Do not stay here.

Review 7：The room smelled like a wet dog. The carpet had stains and sticky areas. The bathroom was disgusting, especially the tub. There are pictures on the internet that show a really nice room and this wasn't it and from what I saw of the other units this type of room does not exist.

Review 15：The owner was not nice! When my husband parked and got out to check in the owner started yelling at him. Couldn't make out what he was saying though, his English was very broken. But seriously if you want to keep business and make money than you better treat your customers right. We still stayed but only because my husband spoke up and scared the guy.

Review 23：I booked a single king, and got a double twin instead. the room was filthy, stinky, and the beds were old and worn out. the only reason I stayed a few nights was because I was so tired from traveling, and had to work in the morning, disappointing!!!

Review 24：When I first got there they gave me a room without a kitchenette, which I had reseved one online. When I went back to front desk she gave me a new room with a kitchenette that wasn't cleaned very well. The refridgerator smelled so bad I would not put anything in there. She then gave me another room which was acceptable.

Review 29：The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had planned to stay for 3 nights and ended up staying 5 nights. They gave us a discount for the extra nights . The hotel is very clean and well maintained.

Review 69：Front staff afraid of dog screamed everytime she saw it. Other person staying there had a big dog that wouldn't let you out of your car, pool empty and dirty using pool area a storage, carpet in room stained, bed very uncomfortable and extremely noisy at all times

Review 72：That our reservation was confirmed prior to our visit to Roswell, New Mexico and then they called to say we did not have a room cause the room we reserved had maintainence problems and we were going to be moved to another room without a kitchenette and then when we got there they double charged us! With booking.com we were told it was $100 US for two nights and they had tenants living there using the motel like an apartment building!!!! They lurked all night stood by our window and the room was dirty!!!! Double accupancy we only had one chair and it was broken, and restroom was scary dirty!!!! I since then have the worst itch on my feet!! He also told us it was under new management and he was being forced to charge higher rates and even more on this day which was Thursday, he called it the weekend rate! Pool was half filled with green sludge and the drunk renters had a pit bull dog running lose. I called manager to ask if this was an apartment or motel, he said kinda!!!! Worst stay ever we stayed up taking turns sleeping to keep watch, thank God we had a firearm and that gave us some sense of comfort!!!! We were there to attend our nephews graduation from the New Mexico Military Institute, I would never send my worst enemy to stay there!!!
