Review 1：There wasn't enough activities for adults during night time, it gets boring after 6pm need to plan more activities and open the nightclub

Review 2：I liked the room it was well maintained, the beach area was also nice

Review 3：Air conditioning in the rooms is awful. ( We had 3 rooms and they were all the same), No night manager on duty we were told. Little english spoken although that didn't bother us as my wife is Russian.

Review 4：Nice location and good facilities. Staff try to be helpful. The restaurants were all very good for Russia! Nice rooms and bathrooms. Overall a good experience.

Review 5：staff - room cleaning lady was ordered to us when we must fsleep at day time - unbelievable service for Kempinski( we have small daughter of 4 y.o.) fruits - not fresh like abroad - fresh summer seasonal fruits are not available... transfer was late (on reception it was said that Mercedes we ordered not available. Driver delivered my wifу and daughter and not helped to bring suitcase inside of airport due to he should go to other place

Review 9：staff quality: in different zones you can find people who are not knowledgeable about their responsibilities (probably they are new in their position), girls at the reception sometimes are not attentive to the customers or can not take right decisions to help

Perfect location, new facilities, wide range of services, trendy interior design, cosy rooms, nice toiletry, world standards breakfast, fantastic spa zone incl thermal zone and outdoor/ indoor pools, magnificent flower garden design...all must-have attributes of the true 5* hotel are in place with one exception - staff quality :-( and that potentially may harm hotel's reputation in a future

Review 11：Very expensive (bottle of water 300Rubel, Ruski Standard Wodka 100gr 1000Rubel Cesar salat 650Rubel a.s.o.) Cocktails are very bad and cheap products (Tonic Water not Schweppes are no name product). Mostly guest are told us this was the last time in this hotel let us search a new hotel. Kitchen are not Kempinski Standard and expensive (Burger 1100Rubel)
