Review 6：No service mind and careless staff. I booked a room in advance almost a week and requested for 1 large bed arrangment, on my arriving date, I was arranged for a twin beds room. When I called staff to ask for bed changing then I was informed that all room with 1 bed was fully booked. In fact, it must be fully booked since before I made my booking cause they were unable to arrange me. No one from b2 ever got back to inform me. If I would have been noticed by anyone from b2, I would look for another place that was able to meet my request and let b2 to take my cancelation fee.

Review 8：There were a lot of mosquitoes in our room. One of us got bitten on the forehead and had a giant bump for days. We didn't have a good night sleep because of all the mosquitoes.
