Review 1：1. It was very hard to find employees that speak English 2. We stayed for 3 nights and the cleaning stuff would only wash the glasses-and not all of them. 3. We were out of toilet paper twice. The first time I told the cleaning lady. Then I called the receptionist. Then I called again and after 3-4 hours we had toilet paper! The second time I called the reception again. And again. Then I went to the reception myself and thankfully they had one roll in a drawer. They told me that tomorrow morning we would had more. Of course that never happened! 4. The walls in the second build were thin as paper. You could hear anybody and anybody could hear you. 5. The beds weren't made even once. Nor the sheets were changed. Nor the towels! 6. We were able to go to our room 1 hour after the scheduled check in and there were problems during check out. 7. There was a full kitchen in our room without a single dish or fork or knife! 8. THE WALLS WERE DIRTY! 9. THE TOWELS WERE DIRTY!!! 10. Employees at the bar don't know how to make even a cappuccino! And of course they barely speak any English. I'm pretty sure there are more but for a 4 star hotel, all these things are unacceptable! I will never go there again!

Review 6：We were supposed to stay in one of the annex buildings, but the receptionist gave us a room in the main building, which was very nice. The breakfast was great and the hotel is very well-heated.

The food was so so . We want it a taxi and they say we have to pay 20 leva and the shuttle bus came . Really ??? 20 leva for shuttle bus ? They really just want to take your money for nothing . I will never gonna visit this place . They are rude they are not professional and they have to learn to smile and to work with tourist . They are not good organize we had pay for the room before the arrival and the girl in reception told me you have to pay for your stay . This people are crazy really .

Review 11：We were recommended Murite Club Hotel by friends and I have to say our stay here was above and beyond expected. Although we stayed for a short time, we got to enjoy a lot of what Murite had to offer. First, our room was very cozy and spacious. Along with the entire hotel, it was very well heated and we kept warm for the duration our stay. We enjoyed the spa - a massage and turkish bath, both excellent. The pool was very clean with a great view and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We dined in the "wine room" and the food was also impressive - from the appetizers to main entrée and wine selection. Overall I have to say that the personnel made us feel very welcome and homey for this holiday. We highly recommend, not to mention the nature & location are amazing!

Review 16：The hotel was very nice with a great, complementary indoor pool, sauna and spa. The room was nice and warm with views of the mountains. Location was a bit out of the town of Bansko, but they had a free shuttle to take you to the ski gondola for the day and then pick you up again ... so all good. Night time you had to make your own way to Bansko, though ... so a car would come in handy. We didn't try the hotel's restaurant while there, but found a few places in Bansko that had good meals at decent prices on Pirin Street close to the gondola (see Hadji Georgi Restaurant Tavern Hotel).

Review 18：I've been to this resort many times and it is an excellent experience every time. The staff is great, very polite and helpful. The room is very spacious and the location is beautiful. The food is also delicious! Great overall. I'd recommend to all.

Review 24：Really nice hotel situated (literally) 5 mins by car from Razlog and 10 mins from Bansko in Betolovoto area from where you have breathtaking views to Pirin, Rila and Rhodope mountains. Comfortable and well furnished rooms, cleaned daily. Well maintained indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath with good working hours. I got a HB option and enjoyed the variety of both breakfast and dinner. And last, but not least - the staff is awesome. Everyone from front desk thru restaurant to housekeeping was greeting, smiling and showing great attitude. Would visit Murite again especially out of the season, it's a perfect option for complete relax.

The lady saw that we came with small children, but dont care - the phone ring, and started to speak by the phone - advertising the hotel, instead of cheking us in. The room - what you can see in the pictures not what you can get in real. There was a kitchen, but no silver at all, no plates and etc. The kettle was terribale unclean. It seems never washed up. Cant use. Tooooo noisy, starting from the evening, around 22 oclock, finish around 3 in the night. Party, disco. Seems that all of it you do have straight in your room. There were children, I think could be as kids camp,- at time when kids should sleep, no sleep at all: shouting, running through the main coridor. Several times I went from the room to close the door in the main coridor, so that could be less noise. But some still opened it. Kitchen - bad quality of food, almost cold, luck of choise for kids. The pool and spa facilities - main pool very cold water, so called jacuzzi water slightly warm. Not safe ground around the pool, to much water. Not cleaned. But when they clean that water of the ground, they washing it off straight to the pool. No special drains for that water from the ground around the pool. My husband due to the mess on the ground, got heart. We asked for first aid. And were shocked. The pool watcher gave my husband a bottle of peroxide and some bandage, and went away. We need to do first aid by ourselves. The blood didnt stop. Asked again for help. The watcher was very unhappy for doing at least something. The sauna - not warm enough, not safe. The door broken straight in front of the face - broken frame. The room for kids to play - the place were supposed play small kids. Terribale, unhigienic at all, old broken toys, the walles written all over, mess. The game area (entertaiment area)- visually there were table tenis, football, table pool, some electronic games. Worked only table tenis and football.

Review 36：I'm very disappointed from that hotel. You will never think it's a 4star hotel. There was no real bed sheets, furniture is only one chair in the room and a small toilet. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. Cleanliness in the room is on low level.

Review 44：Some days housekeeper didn't clean the room, and didn't leave to us a towels. The bed was not comfortable and we listen our neighbors from other rooms. And the bed was too small for 2 persons.

There were no pillow-case and we had to put our t-shirts on it. Wi-fi was poor at the room. The staff was very very inexperienced. We arrived at the hotel after 10 hours of drive at around 03:00 am and the bellboy didn't even helped us with the luggage. I have traveled almost all over the world and i was very surprised from this experience. You have to keep on mind all of this. Thank you!

Review 50：There was no cleaning at all within 8 days of our stay, hotel staff does not understand at all how cleaning should be done, it is a level of no star hotel. After regular complains on receiptions, maids came but did not vacuum clean, did not clean dust, etc. The phone in the appartment did not work, there was no light in the kitchen zone and there was no reaction on our requests to do something with it.

Review 52：Carefull when you book in Orchid part of the hotel. There is no warm passage to the main building, so when you want to go use the spa it can get challenging, especially in winter. The hotel was overcrowded and noisy. The diner had lots of variety but could be better quality.

Review 56：We used same towels for 4 days. When we ask for new house keeper told us that their laundry wasn't working and she is unable to give us new towels. We used same bed sheets our whole stay. My girl got eye infection from the water in the jakuzzi. Our room was 13 Celsius degrees, we was frozen. I would highly not recommend to go in Murite.

Review 60：The breakfast was very rich and very good, but there was NO fresh coffee and fresh bread. The coffee generally was of low quality so choose to drink tea. The smokers had to go in between out and freeze to death, there was no heating around the smoking area. Some of the staff were friendly some had a frozen faces. The heating in the hotel and the rooms was perfect. The blankets and espexially the quilts were short and narrow for big persons. There was not enough sound isolation in the first level rooms. Good staff for the massage and Turkish Bad. Spa in generally was more than good. Big enough swimmingpool. The food (lunch and dinner) was very rich, because of buffetstyle, but we did not like it at all. That has not to do with the hotel i think but in generally with the bulgarian food. It was without taste and usually cold served instead of hot as it should be. In Bulgary you will not find BREAD!!! We had no hairdryer in the room and had to get one small from the reception and return it every time. The extra bed for our 6 years old child was of low quality. The appartment was comfortable and very cosy and big. The view out was breathtaking, smowy mountains etc. I would recommend Murite Club Hotel to our friends etc. because of the good price-value!

Review 61：this hotel is not worth the pay that we did. We payed high class service and we did not get it. Troubles with the lift, the car was not secure, breakfast was cheap. I would not suggest the hotel for like it shows itself. One word, is not worth it.

It was too kind of them to upgrade our accomidation from 2bedroom suite to 3bedroom suite without paying extra. I would highly recommend the hotel for travellers with young children.

Review 119：The apartments was really really cold. We couldn't stay there. Maybe because we were on the last floor and it was no apartments around us, but that couldn't be excuses. We paid the same as other people paid for two bedroom apartment. The hotel's staff gave us one small heater and at least in the kids room we get slightly warm atmosphere for sleeping. The other bedroom and the living room were very cold. They certainly need additional electricity heaters. Breakfast from 7.30 to 9.00??? People on vacation want to sleep a little bit longer than they are going at work. At least until 10 a.m will be ok.
