Review 1：Daily housekeeping was minimal. Restaurant staff does not speak English and is not helpful in providing english menu. Got the help of hotel staff to do translation for us.

Review 5：Walls are very thin and you can hear everything whats happening in nextroom. Simple mistake from managers is that there are not any glasses inthe room. Glasses in room are always a must.

Review 7：Repairing not finiched yet in different parts of the hotel. I have issue with the toilet.
Review 8：If you want live without noise and with clear air for cheap price in comparment with other hotels it is your choice. Have a good car parking.
Review 9：There was a nightclub just across from our room, in a different part of the building. It boomed with dance music until about 4 a.m. My partner's sleep, however, was not affected. This, however, was on Russian Christmas night, so perhaps other people would have it better.
Review 10：Pretty much everything was good and efficient - this is a new (and expanding) hotel occupying a good chunk of the old boat terminal, with well-equipped rooms that had Scandinavian-style design. It's in the city centre but in a somewhat secluded area. The on-site restaurant has the view of the lake, and our requests concerning breakfast (which is served a la carte) have been followed scrupulously. An excellent place.
Review 11：The room was not very warm(I was there at the end of October) but I think this was caused by big building works, they are making a new wing with new rooms. I think this will be finished in spring 2015.
Review 12：It's a nice hotel with friendly staff, quiet rooms, good breakfast and a nice lake view. It's close to the more interesting side of the city. The ferry to the Kizhi Island is next door.
Review 13：Old bathroom. Our room was far from router, so we could use wifi only in the restaurant.
Review 14：The room is clean and cosy. The location is near the lake with fascinating view. The Breakfast is full and tasty. The menu of 3 dishes. First is porridge for choice: oat, rice or semolina. Second dish - eggs: fried, boiled or omelet. The third one is pancakes, curd pastry etc. Then coffee or tea. And the last one is juice, water or berry drink. The restaurant works the whole day, so there you can have lunch and dinner for acceptable price. When I ordered the room on the site I asked for a double size bed and a view to the lake and they complied with a request.

Review 22：It is located right beside Lake Onega with lake view and 1 minute walk from hydrofoils to Kizhi. Big breakfast is served: cold appetizers (bread, smoked salmon, cheese, cucumber, tomato), hot scrambled eggs and hot pancakes (with jam or milk), with tea or coffee. Taste good!
Review 23：- Night club in the same building, loud music until 6 am. - Didn't get any toilet paper during our stay - Reservation was for two people and we got only one big towel and one blanket which was too small
