Review 1：Proprietor tried cancelling my room due to weather and snow. No clean rooms, I was told over phone. However, had wife call few minutes later and was told they had vacancy. Odd.

Review 2：They had availability in the area needed. Reviews looked promising. Room was clean, heat and water worked.

Review 3：The office was rather small but since we only spent a few minutes there, it wasn't important.

Review 4：The room was nicely furnished. The bed was soft and comfortable. The shower was updated with good water pressure. The heater worked well and was easy to adjust the thermostat. Very good value for the money.

Rooms are small, updated work on the room is rather rough looking (not done by professionals). Did not have breakfast here as it was located in the small lobby area and we needed to leave before 6 am.

Review 20：A great little place. It doesn't look extremely appealing on the outside but don't let that fool you. It was very clean. One floor, no toting luggage. The air worked well. Plenty of hot water for showers.

Review 24：Mixed feelings about this place. Definitely in need of remodel. Started to leave after opening door to room but decided to check it out as I was so tired. Actually was very clean everywhere just really outdated. Newer bed - quite comfortable. Turned out to be quiet night, restful sleep - friendly people who stayed there and friendly staff. Prepackaged breakfast items and hot coffee. Even though it all looked terrible, it turned out to be an okay stay for me (for one night). Not really sure if I would stay again by choice or not.

Review 27：There seem to be some bad elements in the neighborhood, but the hotel is surrounded by convenient shopping (Walgreens, Hastings books, Whataburger) and the trains can be heard. There is a jogging area nearby at NMMI. I enjoyed where we were very much.

Review 28：This hotel is retro (60 years old per the owner) and laid out for 50s - 70s family vacations, with parking adjacent to each room. It reminded me of my childhood, and I loved it.

Review 29：We stayed at the Budget Inn in Roswell on our way to Colorado. I am anartist and had my van packed for a show, so I wanted to be able to keepan eye on it. I loved the old-style motel where you literally park rightin front of your unit, 10 feet from your door. The unit was very clean,the bed very comfortable and it had a small refrigerator and microwave.Tv mounted on wall opposite king sized bed. Great shower with hot waterin a clean bathroom. What more could you ask for? The property wasobviously older, but it had an old-school charm. And you could not beatthe price! It was half the price of other accommodations in the area.Across the street was a Denny's and an ihop. Also a Whataburger, ifyou wanted something quick to eat. Also nearby was a Walgreens and aStarbucks. We liked this place so much that we stayed again on our wayback to Texas...and got the same room lol. Home away from home.

Review 30：The only bad thing about this place was the air condition. It was really loud and hard to hear the TV but other than that, everything was great!

Review 60：Cost! It was very clean. A/C was cold but nosey. Location is next to a hospital that has a helicopter, it didn't fly but if it did it would be nosey. They were reroofing the property so the dust was pretty bad (although in that area who could tell) and the roofing company left several nails on the drive. The owner agreed to pay for any flats we might have down the road. I would really recommend this motel.

Review 70：Some people have commented on the heliport near the facility for emergency services. It took off 2-3 times while I was there and wasn't that bad. I have planes going over our house at home that are much worse. I was in room 21. Felt safe and comfy. For the price it fit my needs. Breakfast wasn't real selective but I wasn't staying there for the amenities.

Review 108：My first impression of the hotel wasn't spectacular at all. It was old, dirty on the outside and beat down looking in need of curb appeal and a paint job, also it did not appear safe. As far as comfort I was awakened several times throughout the night by the air conditioning kicking sounding like someone tugging on the door and that was very disturbing considering I have difficulty falling asleep.

Review 109：The room looked newly renovated, linning & bedding appeared clean fresh. Clerk was very friendly and eager to accommodate my needs. After checking the room near the office and close by my vehicle, I felt comfortable staying there considering I was traveling alone. No issues or complaints other than outside appearance and the work in progress closing the pool area off. For the cost I'll give it 2 1/2 stars out of 5.

It was perfectly situated outside the hustle of downtown and in the middle of shopping, restaurant, etc. The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful and they had coffee, milk, orange juice, cereal, fruit etc in the morning for breakfast. Not to forget the curbside parking and a hospital next door should any emergencies arise. Great hotel all around for the price!
