Review 1：1. The hotel is a bit aside from the center, at least on foot. 2. The bed linen was clean, but there were a couple of hairs on it. 3. The shower handle holder didn't stay in the highest position, and couldn't be adjusted.
Review 2：1. All three receptionists spoke very good English, and there were no faults in the service at any point. It was calm, efficient and respectful. Also the room maids were lovely and polite. Bravo! 2. The room was budget variety, but it had all the necessary items, even a fridge (that worked well)). 3. The biggest positive surprise was before departure: when the receptionist was told, that the departure would be in the middle of the night, too early for breakfast, she suggested a lunchbox with sandwiches, apple, juice and water to take with, free of charge naturally. At the time of check-out, it was delivered from the kitchen in a flash with a smile. This gesture left a very nice "aftertaste" of the hotel, and a desire to come back.)))

Review 5：the shuttle bus service from the railway station: the hotel didn't put information that they provided that service only on weekdays. The hotel called a taxi but I paid.It seemed that travelers would burdened in case of the mistake by the hotels, on arrival, it was quite disappointing more than expected.

Review 13：The exercise room has yoga mats, weights, and exercise balls, but it does not have elliptical or treadmill machines. It would be nice if guests could use the exercise room at other hours as well.
Review 14：The included breakfast is excellent. The hotel is within a $3 cab ride from most of the center of the city, and has a gorgeous view of the lake. During my stay, guests received free access to the spa facilities - sauna, pool, and exercise room - from 7am-9am. The bar at the hotel itself is quiet enough to actually hold a meeting in, or to visit alone on a jetlagged evening.
Review 15：The gym which is included in the staying price is available only early morning: 7-00 to 9-00 am. The restaurant service unfortunately takes too much time.
Review 16：Everything was very good. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The location is comfortable, free secured parking. Very many thanks for the pets welcome. It's always a problem for us where to stay with our toy-terrier. Very good hotel, I would stay there again and recommend it for my friends. -- Vladimir.

Review 18：The staff and hotel were excellent! The front desk and business centerstaff were extra helpful to this English speaker. They helped us obtaintickets to St. Petersburg and helped with directions. The morningbreakfast was superb as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. I woulddefinitely recommend this hotel and will visit again.

Review 20：This hotel is top class, probably the best in Petrozavodsk. The room was of a high quality with a panorama view over the city from the 7th floor. There is air conditioning, but during the winter the remote control was not in the room. I asked for this in the reception and could then adjust the temperature in the room to the preferred temperature. In all Russia the radiators are on highest heating during the winter, without possibility to reduce the heat with a regulator. With the air conditioning the temperature and air flow could be adjusted to perfect comfort. The beds were good, the bathroom not so big but working very good. The breakfast buffe was extra ordinary good, tasty, many different dishes were available. The reception staff were excellent and spoke perfect English. All in all I am very satisfied with this hotel.
