Review 1：The room and facilities seemed a little dated and could do with some painting and refreshing.

Review 10：We did not get the cottage we booked, booked spa bath didn't get it, didn't receive the hamper and the cottage didn't feel cosy and intimate didn't like it at all, wouldn't go back.

Review 12：Didn't dislike anything, place needs a good cleanup and gardens and bushes need trimming. Sliding doors onto patio need new rubber seals as drafty in winter. Compared to other places we have stayed, we felt not good value for money.

Review 15：We stayed 2 nights and would have loved to have stayed longer, great accomodation for couples and the veiws of the Gold Coast were fantastic. Would like to stay in the colder months to experience the wood fire.
Review 16：Needs to be updated and maintained better. Cobwebs and daddy long legs everywhere, thought I was getting spa bath but only a tub, the grout in tiles and silicon around tub is old and dirty, the bedding was ordinary, old but sheets were clean. Needs a refresh like new mattress and new doona cover as current one is very faded and used. Mattress has body dents.

Review 18：Our host Jean was wonderful , she was there when required and left us alone for the rest of the time. The view was amazing . Great spot for a quiet getaway .
Review 19：The sliding glass doors did not close up properly therefore wind whistled through them. Window near bed could not be closed fully as there was no winding handle. Bed was way too hard and they only supplied two very soft thin pillows. Bathroom sliding door was hard to slide. Kitchen cupboards where glasses were had a damp/musty smell. Had trouble getting up the driveway as owners dog would stand in the way and it was hard to get it to move, I commented to owner that we were worried about running over it and instead of apologising she just said glad you didn't run it over. The tea and coffee supplied was a bit ordinary, tea bags tasted stale and for 2 nights stay they did not replenish anything. Didn't appreciate receiving milk/orange juice in plastic jugs either, they should have been supplied in sealed bottles. I am sorry to say, but except for the view of the Gold Coast Lights, I could not recommend this place to anyone.
Review 20：Whilst we only stayed for the one night, we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we pulled out the front entrance. Hopefully next time we can visit for more than the one night.
