Review 1：We were first greeted by this wonderful, polite, beautiful young lady who gave us a very nice room. She was extremely helpful with everything and made our stay a memorable one. She even ordered to prepare two breakfast sandwiches and drinks for us to take with us since we checked out before the breakfast time. A+ to her and this hotel. Thank you

Review 4：The communication with the staff was very challenging, as they speak as good as no English or German. This is normally something we can get over with easily, at the end we do not go into a hotel to chit chat with the staff; but this becomes quite frustrating when you actually get an issue during the check out/payment/whatever. We literally could not understand each other. It's not a complaint of the staff, though; we totally saw their effort and good intention. The thing is, tourism is a business, where investment into languages is a benefit to attract more customer outside from Turkey.

Review 5：We liked our stay very much. The hotel is just great, well furnished with nice rooms/view, the location is beautiful and calm, great place to relax. The bar got some nice foods and the private beach is just excellent. Totally good place.

Review 20：After the first day the room was never serviced. No bed make up, no clean towels, no soap or shampoo replacement. On my last day the breakfast eggs were served cold. There were no communal areas. One was confined to one's room. Despite insect screens there were lots of mosquito visitors who feasted on me. The location is great but I would not return.

Review 21：The hotel has an excellent location being on the shore and only 200 yds from Gulluk centre. The staff had very little english but did their best to make one feel welcome. On arrival the room was clean and reasonably comfortable although there was no seating available other than the bed.

Review 22：Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a feast. Room cleaned regularly and thoroughly. We were frequently provided with tea without charge and on the last day they let us keep our room until 8pm at no additional cost. Sea views from the shower were a real treat. Can't recommend The Hidden Garden highly enough.

Review 23：Lovely fresh feeling suite room, with beautiful open view of the sea and lower gardens, plenty of space and many windows. All very enjoyable. And the most strange thing, a nice surprise, in the room, was a huge billiards table !!!! The room was so big that this table was no loss of space, and fun to have !!! Nice stay.

Review 24：The manager didn´t know anything about running a hotel, nearly everything went wrong. Couldn.t find our booking at arrival. We stayed one week, cleening only day two after that we have to beg for it. No breakfastbuffé or minibar on room- as said on Bookings info. They promised to book a taxi to airport, but didn´t order a taxi they let one of the young boys working at hotel drive us to airport in a dirty and crashed car.. and he droped us off at the wrong terminal... Talking about the running of the hotel it was so much like the TVshow-Fauhlty Towers... We ha a lot of laughts though... but felt sorry for distroying such a nice hotel.
