Review 1：The transportation from the airport to the hotel and back is to expensive! (USD 28.00)

Review 2：I recommend the Residence to people who like small and nice beach hotels. The hotel is direct at the beach and if you take one of the Beach Front rooms you can hear the waves at all times. The rooms are very spaceful and have everything you need. For the breakfast you have to walk for like 5 minutes to the Sandoway Resort. But this doesn't matter. Every room has it's on sunbed. Just Perfect! I like this place very much!

Review 3：The Residence is 200 meters away of the main location. So for a breakfast you need to walk the 200 meter (but a nice is an early walk before the breakfast;)

Review 4：The rooms are really really nice and clean. We enjoyed our four nights stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also nice!

Review 5：The bus shuttle is 7$ per person from the airport to the hotel is very expensive, it is not so far away.

Review 6：We think the location and the staff was great, the beach is very clean and you can spend time in silent. You can find a lot of restaurant very close by , the food is great and cheap

Review 7：at the end of the stay we found out that the beach beds seem to be numbered. but it was not clear if the numbers coincide with the room numbers. this should not be done so, because that would mean you are stuck to the same beach bed throughout your stay, and you cannot pick the one you like. come first choose first would be better.

Review 8：The best places we stayed in, in all south east asia. very beautiful spacious, stylish room and very clean, fabulous bathroom, beautiful view into the lush green garden, just 1 minute walk to the beach.you never have to wear shoes the breakfast 3 minutes up the beach at sandoway resort was very good with high quality food, a huge selection of different foods,an italian flair in a restaurant directly on the beach, the beach clean and quiet

Review 10：The Staff was so friendly and helpful. We arrived really late at the hotel and there was no chance to eat something after 16hours bus drive.. The lady from the reception just decided to give us her own toast, honey, nutella and cracker from her home... How nice and heartful is that? the breakfast was top and we just had to walk like 200meters on the beach from the residence to the resort, this was a lovely morning walk... and we stayed 5 Nights... And Ngapali is a amazing place to relax the Beach was gorgeous! We enjoyed every Day!

Review 11：The hotel required full payment prior to arrival via wire transfer. This was incredibly inconvenient as we were already traveling. However, we were able to pay to extend our stay onsite and another couple was able to pay for a 4-night stay onsite without prior booking. It would've saved a lot of hassle and fees to be able to pay for everything onsite. Hotel services (i.e. laundry, spa, airport pickup) were very overpriced. Hotel airport bus is 7USD/person/way vs 7,000-10,000 kyat/way for a taxi. Beach chairs are assigned by room number but this is not monitored. We lost our chairs one day because other guests decided they wanted better seats. The situation was never rectified.
