Review 1：The ventilation did not work. Bad air in the room. Allhoug the weather was quite cool we were swetting in the room ( nr 22). 2 pcs extra fan needed-> noise ((

Review 11：It's a extremely unpleasant experience in such high price hotel. Tobe brief, the charge for early check in (it's normal way), butdidn't tell us in advance. And they absolutely didn't want torefund the money when I told them "your staff didn't mentionany cost when we checked in".Detail version is listed below, 1st day: We arrived at 08:40 am and asked for early check-in. Reception counter staff A said "you can store luggage here & wait till 12:00" first, and said "wait, you can check-in now". So we checked in around 9 am. 2nd day when checking-out: Reception counter staff B took my credit card & charged RUB 462 more than original price.I think common practice is to confirm price with customer first, but she didn't. I:Why do you charge 462 more? B:Because you checked in 3 hours earlier. I:But A didn't say it will charge. B:I don't know, it's hotel policy. I:I understand this policy, but you should say in the beginning. B:I can refund you 462 if you pay cash, but you used credit card. I:You can cancel the card payment & debit again. B:The price is fixed in our pricing system as you checked in at 9 am, can't be changed now. I:It's your system, you should know how to change it. B:You've requested early check in, we told booking.com's staff it will charge. I:Booking.com staff just told me that it's possible & didn't mention the cost. So I should ask booking.com to be responsible for this(I have the e-mail from booking.com service)? B:(After several calls & 15 mins waiting......) OK, I can refund you RUB 462 by cash.

Review 12：Great view at lake side(but higher price).Kindly provide mosquito-repellent incense for there are a lot of bugs by the lake.

Review 13：Hotel offers access to rent a bicycle service, but does not care whether that service (which is a separate business with a desk in the lobby) is working on the day one needs it. Pre-booking of the bikes not possible, and therefore unreliable... The breakfast room is in the basement, not at all using the great lakeside location - we then insisted that we should be allowed to take our breakfast to our balcony which was thankfully granted...
