Review 1：The owner pounds on the door 30 minutes before checkout. He also searched my room the night before because on the camera above the outside of my door, it looked like I brought more people in. He was extremely rude.

Review 5：Tis is really a minor point. The guy at the counter was kinda gruff. Not rude, just not very welcoming. It seemed like he would rather be someplace else.
Review 6：The bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled and looked very nice (if a bit akwardly arranged). The bed was comfy and the room was clean and larger than I expected.

Review 15：First, I thought what a great deal in a cute area. But I was wrong! Upon arrival the motel owner (who barely spoke english) said he gave our booked nonsmoking queen bed away. He damanded additional money for a smoking king room. I am 8 months pregnant and my husband had to work while our apartment was getting new flooring. I called Booking.com's customer service when the owner of the motel would not work with us. When the booking.com customer service rep called to speak to the owner of the motel, the motel owner hung up on her and turned off the motel office phone. The motel owner then came out to our car, where I was on my cell phone with booking.com and scolded me for calling booking.com. The owner was angry with me. I had to hand my personal cell phone to the motel owner with the booking.com customer service agent on my phone minutes for her to speak with the motel owner to accommodate us. He agreed to give us a nonsmoking two full room for the night and then give us the queen room we booked for the second night.The following day the motel owner gave me a smoking Queen and lied to me about it being a nonsmoking room. The room smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns on the end tables & bedding. I asked for another room. He said no. I called booking.com customer service again. After another interaction, I was finally given another room which also had cigarette burns but did not smell of smoke.Later that evening my husband came home from work to the motel room. The man staying in the room next to us was out front and asked my husband if he knew where to get some of a drug meth! My husband then told me that morning as he was on his way into work a Glendale police officer pulled him over right after he exited the motel parking lot and searched his car for drugs. Of course, there was no drugs and he was released to go to work. My husband didn't want to worry me but thought it was strange.We decided it was just one more night and then we'd be home.

Review 17：Not complaints really, just that it is located nowhere special, near nothing special, my room was actually off the street rather than in the traditional compound arrangement, and it was a little overpriced, probably offsetting the attention they pay to the exterior.
