Review 1：Restaurant is too small. Food is not enough for guest. Staff seems tired.

Review 5：What they indicate on the website about the hotel is totally mislead....I booked this hotel coz the room I choose is mountain view, pool viewalthough there's a bath tub.. But totally no facilities at all..Should indicate in the website that the facilities is not readyyet...When I ask about the gym&spool they told me not ready yet...The reason I choose this hotel because of the facilities..it's notvalue for money a few more dollars to add to book and u can book betterhotel like centara.. Stayed for 8 nights the food everyday is thesame..there's a festival mall opposite the hotel but I don'tthink I will stay in this hotel to go to that mall to shop.. I can getbetter choices elsewhere for shopping those some popular brands.... Thehotel room is I can get the same room at tune hotel for $23 a night... Ido regret to stayed at this hotel coz it disappoint me that there'sno facilities.....

Review 7：We found the drain blocked in our shower area. There is no improvement after finished the maintenance:( The manager was responsible to ask whether we would like to change other room before the maintenance. It's ok that we just stayed for two nights and remained same room.
Review 8：The modern design with a cozzy room we liked the best. There are authentic Thai food restaurant opposite to the hotel and shopping mall nearby. It is about 5 to 15 mins walk distance. We will choose this hotel again.
