Review 1：I didn't like the fact that there was no fitness facilty. I used the facility at a previous stay so I wasn't aware that there wouldn't be one this time. There wasn't a discount for the local Gym either.

Review 2：I liked the cleanliness of the place and the newly remodeled rooms. I also like the fact that we had plenty of towels!

Free beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for use was also nice. We were traveling with my special needs son and they accomodated us with an appropriate room. We will defintely return next year.

Review 20：Excellent location. Staff were extremely accommodating. Rooms were clean and large. I would stay there again. Only one block from the beach and fantastic restaurants 2 minute walk away. They even supplied umbrellas, chairs and towels.

Review 25：but the beds that you have in the rooms including the sofa-bed are not comfortable at all. You need to change those sofa-beds as soon as you can. Also, the real beds in the bed rooms have a very dry uncomfortable mattresses, they need to be replaced by a nice and comfortable once.

Review 27：The suite was spacious, the hotel 2 blocks to the boardwalk/beach, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The "living room" furniture was a bit tired, but management explained that the upper floors of the hotel would be repainted and get new furniture by May 2016. The bed was heavenly and the bedroom very quiet. For those who don't want to go into the ocean, there is a very nice deck and swimming pool at the hotel. Also, parking at the hotel is free. There are no downsides to this hotel, just a great place to stay in a resort area.

Review 28：Fitness room was very dated. The room was very dark and also felt rather dated and the upholstery smelled. It probably would be a better deal for a family unit given the price

Review 29：Location excellent and the fact they let you leave luggage and use the guest shower after you check out if you want to spend the rest of the day at the beach was a plus.. Also the use of the umbrellas, chairs and beach towels, even if a little tacky, was an additional plus. Also fabulous restaurants within walking distance

Review 38：The hotel wifi was spotty and some normal sites were blocked (online gaming, for example) by their routers. Staff claimed no knowledge of this, but also didn't have the ability to unblock anything. It was also sometimes reluctant to make a connection to a device, and often was too slow to stream video. On a different note, the walls are surprisingly thin; a crying infant next door woke us at 6am two days out of three, and a heavier person in another room was very audible as they moved around. Earplugs are a wise investment for lighter sleepers.

Review 39：The location and amenities make this an ideal hotel for a beach stay. One block from the ocean, one block from the main shopping/restaurant street, and they provide towels, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. There are also free DVDs available for the players in your room.

Review 40：Old and lacked modern ammenities. Room was above lobby and next to elevator. Very noisy in front of hotel with people talking outside and construction going on. I could not sleep because of noise. More details about the room should have been diclosed with a discounted price. I will never stay here again!
