Review 1：The location and cleanliness , didnt like the appliances , charge for cot , when I had to upgrade because cots dont fit in small single rooms.which I paid for , then was overcharged the difference.in the upgrade

Review 4：The fact that my boyfriend and little brother are now covered in bed bug bites from the double bed they stayed in (room 27). My boyfriend and little brother were at hospital all day yesterday - my brother is off school for the rest of the week. And my boyfriend is unable to work due to the itchiness of the welts his covered in. I would like to be reimbursed.

Review 10：Over all not a bad place to stay. The lighting in the bathroom could do with a upgrade. The bathroom fan was very noisy. Owners/Managers of hotel/accommodation places should spend a night or two in there own rooms to see what they are like, trying different rooms throughout.

Review 12：The room needs to be updated. The carpet was dirty and the bed cover was stained. The room was not good value for money. It should be $20-$30 cheaper.

Review 14：The bedding (including pillows) weren't comfortable for me or my partner. The dark colour doona quilt wasn't a pleasant colour.

Review 16：Very dated family room. Non allocated parking but I understand it is because of size and that there is the adjoining property carpark. TV remote batteries were verging on flat and one channel often had no sound.

Review 25：The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us even when we arrived late at night. They put the lights on in our room so that we knew where to go. They paid attention to detail and that matters the most when you go to a new place that you have never been to before. I take my hat off to the management. They made us feel that we were wanted and welcome!
Review 26：A modest yet clean and updated motel in a great central location. Comfortable and well appointed. Perfect for our one-night stopover in Wagga Wagga, and excellent value for money compared to other motels along the way! Family Room was perfect for our young family of 4.
Review 27：Light in bathroom was very dim Room was tiny. We were promised car parking right by the room as my father has severe issues walking. Trades people staying there had taken up all the car spots which the female worker thought was fine and told my father to park in the over flow park. Very rude. Staff standing in the car park smoking one female staff member was out in the car park drinking with the tradesmen. Very very inprofessional. Won't be booking here during our next visit in 3 weeks.

Review 45：Fast and efficient check in. The room was clean, tidy and spacious and was perfect for our one night stopover as we travelled through. It's close to the supermarket and other food places. The heating was also wonderful for a cold winter night!

Review 71：We were due to arrive at around 4pm on a 40 degree day after a long Road trip. We received a call from reception that morning confirming our booking. To our surprise when we arrived at our room the air con had been turned on and our room was so comfortable and we could settle straight in and relax. Very impressed with this service.. its a small thing but its the thought that counts!!

Review 74：The family room was not I would class as a family room. You had to access the single bedroom which was in a tiny box of a room through the bathroom area. The person in the single room could not leave their room if someone was using the bathroom. Ridiculous set up especially when travelling with adult children. No locks on bathroom doors.

Not very family friendly if you have got young children it is more for families with older children. I got locked out of my room for an hour and a half, and yet i got charged for silly little damages that werent our fault but i took it on the chin to save the hassell. Wouldnt stay here again

Review 80：We stayed two nights and found because we were close to the action of Wagga night life it was a little noisy at night. But I went out as well so this noise was not a huge issue. The bed was very firm and the shower very small so much so when bending down to wash you bump your head on the wall. The rooms are a little dated but spacious. You pay for the location only.

Easy to find. Would be a good place to stay if you were going to a military passing out parade at the local barracks. Also good if you were needing to go to a university graduation. Lots of shopping to be done close by.
Review 105：Because the head of the bed was against the window, I woke up every time someone walked by talking. Also I had trouble finding the place because their website showed the location in the wrong place and Google Maps didn't show it at all. If you call the office before you start out, they will help you.
