Review 1：The owners takes penalty charges for payment by credit card or otherwise expect guests to complete a wire transfer prior to arrival, which takes away the convenience of reserving through booking.com. Big gap between posted picts and actual villa. Furniture is old with dirty covers, children bedroom had spider webs and live spiders in it.

Review 4：Very friendly and helpful staff and the swimming pool and tennis court facilities were excellent. We loved the daily visit from a red squirrel, as our bungalow backed on to the woods. Hiring bikes to explore the local area was a definite highlight! The local supermarket in Harderwijk was an easy 10-15 minute walk, and Amsterdam was about an hour by car to the Park & Ride facility.

Review 5：No facilities other than an outdoor cold water swimming pool - useless in Neverland because it's either rainy or the water temperature is too cold. The unit was dusty and all windows are dirty with dust - overall seems like not very well maintained.
