Review 1：The bed was a bit hard.
Review 2：Staff were very friendly, daily housekeeping. The bed was very clean. T.V has variety of channels. They provided Wi-Fi and the room also had a fridge and microwave. Great location as well, if you're feeling hungry there is Taco Bell, Jack in The Box, Burger King, McDonald's and 7min walk to Starbucks. 20 min walk to The Glendale mall or The Americana.
Review 3：The tv quality wasn't too great, lots of static. But I only mainly played it as background noise, so I didn't bother me too much.

Review 11：The air conditioner never cooled the room down. All the air went up between the curtains and the window. The room was stuffy and some of the light fixtures didn't work. Also the television reception was pretty bad. The bed spread and the piece of cloth at the bottom of the bed were stained.

Review 15：Better than we expected. It was so clean and comfortable. If I ever go back to glendale this is the only place I'll stay.
Review 16：Shower The hot and cold were opposite of what it showed in the shower. You have to make sure its completely pulled out. The shower head sucked. But it did the job.
Review 17：No bugs, clean, had a microwave and a fridge. The shower needs a new head, but everything was clean and quiet and TV was nice. Channel variety was good. Location was awesom . 17 minutes to Universal Studios and 13 minutes to the Pasadena Convention center. The staff was nice.

Review 20：I did not know there was no elevator. I asked to be on a low floor & I was assigned to the top floor. The water knobs in the bathroom did not work properly. The TV did not work.

Review 23：As we walked in our first day the room smelled funky, restroom wasn't cleaned we went to the local CVS and disinfect our tub and toilet ourselves! Towels were stained and smelled they didn't clean our sheets for a two night stay

Review 27：Wall-mounted iron fell in the middle of the night causing quite a scare. The next morning while taking a towel off the towel rack, it fell to the floor. Walls had a lot of patch marks and needed painting.
Review 28：*The light on the night stand did not work. *The cable reception on the TV was not good. * When I Flushed the toilet I had to play with the handle or it would keep running. * The collar on the shower control handle is broken. Just the minor repairs and everything else is good.

Review 35：The two things that we didn't like were I felt the pillows not to be adequate for a king size bed. Second of all there was construction going on and I feel that we should of been made aware prior to our booking. The construction was not loud but intrusive. The crew even worked on Sunday which was disappointing. No sleeping in at all.
