Review 1：The only minus: restaurant at 11th floor has very nice view but the prices are too high for a quite average food: the duck was obviously not fresh and lasagne was very average. My advice: order food in lobby bar - faster, cheaper and the same quality.

There was only one minus - very slow service in the lobby bar in the evening. We waited for our soup for an hour and when it was finally brought, it was cold! Except for that everything was nice.

Review 18：What a pleasant surprise. Everything was great - our room, lake view, bed, wi fi, staff, location, value for money... and the town itself is really cosy, especially by Russian standards. A shame that we only could stay for one night...

Review 24：Breakfast is very bad. The restaurants on second and top floors - food and staff not pleasant. Too hot in rooms and corridors during winter time. Smoking allowed in corridors.
