Review 1：the service left the window open in my room and in winter the air in Belgrade is not the best, so I had to change the room , where the window was closed

Review 17：Everything about this hotel is excellent. We were made to feel very welcome immediately upon arrival and the hospitality remained at a high standard the entire time. A special mention has to be made about the restaurant manager Slobodan who is a great person and an example of what hospitality and costumer service should be.

Hairdryer needs to be updated, quite old and overheats quick. Unusual to pay for tea/coffee from mini bar where this should be complimentary.

You definitely think twice before you drive out. Need to give the car keys to reception. I was wondering why, as they could not move my car because of its safety features. I would prefer some level of wellness (sauna at least) Got only one portion of shower gel (two persons, three nights) Light bulb was not replaced even when put it onto the table. Review 99：The breakfast service was very slow. The first morning food was not replaced adequately even though they had 3 staff attending the breakfast area. They couldn't be bothered checking food levels, they were more interested in socialising with one another. Also, I had booked a room that slept 4 and was described as queen and two singles. I was surprised to find that the 2 singles were actually couches in the lounge area with sheets in them. They were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. It led to a poor nights sleep.

Review 104：A metropolitan underground line is passing right underneath the hotelbuilding, so do not be scared if you feel vibrations every 5-10 in yourroom. Fortunately the line does not operate from 00.00 to 05.00am.
